Report problems:
2018-10 and 2018-11 on all 4 modes are 7z archived, but are named rar.
They're not a *.rar archived, which may make people using Linux confused how to extract them.
And I think the problems caused to 2008-02 and 2008-03 (osu!) are somewhat similar to this.

The packs from 2017 and 2018 will be reuploaded next month.

why the 2018 is now torrent there was a problem on my torrent i can't download with that can you please transfer it to Mega even if its a large file if possible Thank you

Hello, I am currently updating the links. Some of them will not be available in the meantime. Everything will be fixed by the upload date of the 2018 packs.

Having the same isssue right now, all the other packs downloaded fine, 2008 and 2017 won't.

I am seeding these at the moment, hopefully this is going better now.

2018 packs have been uploaded.
Errors that have been reported have been fixed, especially the 2008-02 and 2008-03 osu! packs that can now be opened with WinRar.

Are the mega links for individual packs (like 2010-1 and then separate for 2010-2 etc.) gonna come back or is it just gonna be only torrent links for each year now?

They won't be coming back, I'm only doing torrents for now.
There are alternate ddl links (although they probably haven't been updated) on the OP however.

Are the archives broken or just the beatmap files?

Two packs are not downloaded:
2018 (osu!taiko)
2015 (osu!catch)
2018 (osu!taiko)

I'm looking to get the 2018-12 pack for taiko but getting nothing from the torrent, is there another link to get this part or can someone help me out here? 
2018 Osu! torrent is stuck at 59.7% percent for me, can't connect to peers
is't just me or the 2018 just filled with sfx zip.i've downloaded 4 part but all of them is filled with sfx things

I'll update the alternative links tonight, after reconfig the OneDrive, and will probably be finished in about 2 days (my internet spd trash).
Currently, the alternate links only contain up to 2018/11 of all modes, without the update (repack) of the 2008/02, 2008/03, 2017 and 2018 (still old packs, got some probs with the extensions, not the contents (beatmaps) themselves though).
In the next following months, I'll update the alt links right after the torrents releases in 1-3 days and no more than 7 days (incase I'm busy).
Just some announcements, thanks everyone for concerning about my source though.

P/s: can you add a section or collapsed box in the OP, or 1 reply here every time you change a torrent file in the post pls, not limited to new month updates, like CHANGELOG in some github or WIP skins.
Because recently, I redownloaded all the torrents in the post, re-add in client, performed recheck, and I see my 2012 having 86%, LOL. (ofc 2017 and 2018 0% since you recompressed them)

Example, if you have a ZIP file, named as RAR, when you open it, WinRAR will read it with "RAR algorhythm", not ZIP, that's why some files were missing. However, 7-Zip somehow read the archive as a whole, then detects its algorhythm and show it, without caring about extensions.
Just try renaming some "actual RAR files" to ZIP, open with WinRar and see what happens, xD. (Not with 7z though, WinRAR can still read the contents, or Elessey just store them as an archive file and not compressing anything. So basically, it won't affect files I mentioned as 7z down below.)

The archive is corrupted, unexpected end, corrupt headers, empty archive (although still took lots of space), and variety kind of extensions: Jan->May: RAR4; Jun, Sep & Dec: RAR5; Jul: Solid 7z; Aug: 7z; Oct & Nov: Deflate ZIP.
