So I really have difficulties in spinning with a mouse, can you please give me some tips on how to spin above 400 with a mouse?

Why do you want to spin fast? It's the most useless skill in the game.

How is spinning so hard, you move your hand in a cricle. It's not complicated.

Anyway make sure you plant your wrist when you spin, and use the skin gripping on your mousepad while moving your hand in circles to create momentum.

You don't even have 1,000 pp yet. 300-350 is a fine range to spin. You don't need to spin above 400.

Spinning is a pretty useless skill and personally I believe it's something that you shouldn't spend a lot of time perfecting. Just do whatever is comfortable and whatever you can recover from quickly. I'm an ex-mouse player and my mouse spins were god-awful but I never really gave a shit.

When I was still using a mouse, moving the mouse up and down more than moving left to right (in a clockwise manner) does the trick for me 
I also hold my mouse using the claw grip method because it is easier to move and to spin...

Just play more (playing maps without spinners wont help) and spinning speed will come naturally to you.
use a cursor/cursortail/spinner that looks good when you spin fast
