I suggest you use higher distance spacing (like 0.6?) since you have very speedy sliders. It feels twitchy when you are clicking on the notes kinda slowly and then come those slider :D. But overall, it sounds good. Maybe too many hitsounds though?
Like here 00:43:755 (1.2.3.4.5.6.7) Sounds a lot better to me when you delete the clap hitsounds from 1.3.5.7.
Try doing that to the whole map perhaps? (Pattern is that there's claps on every other note.)
But since you're still working on this I won't interfere much more :P.

Few things more

01:13:327 (5) put this in line
01:14:455 (1.2.3.4.5...) there are some circles from this point on which aren't in line. try to fix them
01:32:514 map this break area (suggestion)
01:42:220 (1) put this in line

The map is made with distance snap, but perhaps you should control nevertheless any beat spacings.

Like '00:23:214 - 00:23:439' feels weird on playing

Anyway; star goes for you :)

00:29:534 (9) This slider bugged me. Make it a tick longer and reduce one reverse arrow
00:30:437 Add circle here?
00:34:500 (5) Add one reverse arrow?

Hard:

Reduce Hp Drain by 1
00:23:439 (1) Didn't sound kinda right. Delete it and replace it with two circles? (First one is on the red tick and second one on the white tick)
00:35:855 (7) Reduce one reverse arrow?
00:56:171 Shorten or lenghten this spinner to a white tick
01:17:616 (1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8.9) All these 1 grid up
01:25:290 (1.2.3.4.5.6.7) Same thing here
01:32:740 All the sliders from this point on, 'till 01:19:737. Make them a tick shorter and move them a tick forward
