Unconsistency with Kiai Time: A Mystery's Insane and kakifly's Hard have a different Kiai Time from the others. The correct Kiai Time is the one used in Akariiin~!, Normal and samp la turn's Easy difficulties BUT you will have to finish the last Kiai at 01:22:490 - since that last part has nothing to do with the "chorus".

00:04:569 - You're ignoring a VERY important beat over here that it's perfectly audible at the time you time and it's quite annoying that there's nothing over there.

If you do this, please, remove the 00:46:016 (1) - NC right there and add a new one at the circle you placed.

You will also be avoiding the usage of the overdone spacing between these two notes, since if you compare them to (6,7,8) you will notice that (5) is way too far from them, it's too sudden, and uncalled for. You could also try Ctrl+G'ing 00:04:806 (4) - because it looks better!
00:22:016 (1,2) - I don't like how this pattern sounds. While (2) remains isolated, (1) is covering a big space from the vocal and could be improved. You can divide this part into 2 sections but don't worry, with this suggestion you'll be covering the beats and the vocal at the same time. Finish the slider at one tick before, in the blue; and then add another slider from 00:22:332 - Clap on head and finish it at 00:22:490 - with Whistle. What do you think of it?
00:42:858 (6) - Ctrl+G will add a better gameplay to the players, it feels better, don't you think?

I will see if I can remove some, i did it so the map is easier to read.
AR +0.2 will make stacks more comfortable to play with. I was actually considering 9.3 AR, but need some more opinions on that.

00:55:253 - This seems to be an unnecessary green line. thats the preview point
01:06:148 - ^ this toggles kiai off so that you can get the kiai burst for the next object.

Rhythm and Gameplay

00:04:964 (5,6) - As there's a constant sound, I'd replace these two circles for a slider. You will also be avoiding the usage of the overdone spacing between these two notes, since if you compare them to (6,7,8) you will notice that (5) is way too far from them, it's too sudden, and uncalled for. You could also try Ctrl+G'ing 00:04:806 (4) - because it looks better! - I honestly think this pattern is fine and perfectly playable for a 4.6* insane. The 3 circles represent the xylophone, therefore they have the same spacing (except for a little larger jump towards the downbeat. The circle before these 3 do not fit in the same pattern.

00:22:016 (1,2) - I don't like how this pattern sounds. While (2) remains isolated, (1) is covering a big space from the vocal and could be improved. You can divide this part into 2 sections but don't worry, with this suggestion you'll be covering the beats and the vocal at the same time. Finish the slider at one tick before, in the blue; and then add another slider from 00:22:332 - Clap on head and finish it at 00:22:490 - with Whistle. What do you think of it? - I get your point, but the slider is exactly used for the vocals. I feel like spamming 1/2 sliders wouldn't improve this, unlike the next similar pattern in the song, where I think 2 1/2 do fit. I actually thought this through.

00:42:858 (6) - Ctrl+G will add a better gameplay to the players, it feels better, don't you think? - I use a larger spacing for the "a" and "ri" so that would kinda ruin it.

00:48:858 (2,4,2,4) - These sliders could be improved if you map them as 1/6, it will actually not leave any sound in the middle! http://puu.sh/i5uUQ/1a237cb8ab.jpg - I don't agree, and I actually tried to avoid this.

01:01:174 (1,2,3,4,1) - This pattern is suuuuuuuuper akward. Try moving 01:01:648 (2) - to x8 y260 then 01:01:806 (3) - to x128 y228 and Ctrl+G'ing 01:02:279 (1) - this and 01:02:753 (2) - this as well. I'm been honest, but I'd rather tell you to re-do the whole pattern here but if you want to keep the general idea, this is what I'd suggest. - I really don't see of feel the problem. The second suggestion you made would ruin the pattern I intended. I think 01:02:279 (1) - emphasizes the strong beat perfectly. Not everything is about flow, and I'd like to keep my style D:

01:07:490 (1) - Stack the sliderheads with 01:06:227 (1) - - This stack might be visible in the editor, but it's not when playing, so it seems like an unnecessary change

01:12:227 (4) - I don't think a circle works here, the beat you are trying to cover is quite low and not audible if you actually ignore it. The same happens with 01:12:858 (2) - these are the kind of notes in which you can ignore in order to create a pause in order to get a clearer sound and to have a better vision of what's going on in the map. Also, and to my personal pov, it doesn't play so well. Better you should leave a pause! - This is fine as well. The beat it's trying to cover is there, you can hear it, and makes these patterns play better imo

01:26:121 (4) - Ctrl+G'ing this will give you a better aesthetic and it will play better with the previous and following pattern. - ?

00:00:543 (1) - There's a beat right at the beginning of the song. I'd strongly recommend you to add Whistle as you are using it for 00:01:016 (3) - this slider which has the same beat.

00:34:016 (5) - Clap on head.

01:31:648 (2) - You can't place a Clap if you had hitsounded the 2 following objects that have the SAME EXACT sound.

01:33:069 (1) - Add Whistle for more emphasis!

Since I have the same hitsounds as Setz, changed the same things as he did.

I kinda feel bad for breaking down your mod, but most of these things are against my style or do not seems worth changing, sorry!

I would suggest cutting the mp3 file down from 1:41:172 to 1:36:543 since there is nothing there between these intervals. This should also reduce the total file size. If you need the file, feel free to PM me.

After examining all the difficulties for flow, placements and everything, it seems that everything plays well and smoothly.

Combo colours: Actually I don't see a reason to use a blue combo colour (Combo 2) in a warm colour schemed background, perhaps remove it or change it into colour that more suitable or related to the bg
Audio lead-in: Apply audio lead-in around 1000-1500 in the whole mapset, to make sure the map won't start in a rush
Unsnapped objects in Normal diff:

00:19:490 (3,4) - I would suggest to place 00:20:279 (4) above 00:19:490 (3) instead of below it since 00:19:490 (3) is having a upward movement, placing the follow objects above the slider end gives out a smoother flow and a easier pattern to play, instead of placing below which a small sharp turn built up

If you think a straight slider is weird when it place like that, you can try a curved one blanket with 00:19:490 (3) so that it looks tidier

00:21:385 (2,3) - Once you fixed the above issues, you can place 00:21:385 (2) on the right side of 00:22:016 (3) to prevent a small sharp turn as well to have a smoother flow also

01:25:174 (2) - Flip vertically even if this is in a symmetry pattern, the flow is not really well when the next note is facing the opposite direction from 01:25:174 (2) to play with
00:13:016 (6,1,2) - Although this is a normal diff, I think the pattern in these notes with red ticks is pretty difficult for players to hit it precisely. Try to change 00:13:490 (1,2) in to a slider, it provides same rhythm but a easier pattern to hit
01:11:753 (2,3,4,1) - Same as above
01:18:858 (1,2,3,4,1) - Use Create polygon circles to create a more regular pentagon pattern in here

00:56:121 (1,2) - Change this pattern back to 1/1 slider, although it is matched with the music, you only used this pattern here, so a 1/1 slider will give consistence to this diff

00:13:016 (1) - Remove the NC and NC at 00:13:490 for consistence new combo pattern, thus 00:13:490 is stronger to use NC to represent
00:31:174 (2,3) - Stack it completely like what you did in same recorder sound in 00:21:069 (2,3)
01:05:911 (4) - Curve this up instead, the flow is not really good when both sliders curved to a same direction

00:13:016 (3) - Ctrl + G, the current direction ends the slider at the position which is further from 00:13:490 (4)
00:44:121 (5) - NC here, having a pretty long combo jumps may affect readability
01:11:753 (1,2,1,2) - Increase the spacing here, the current spacing is similar as 01:11:279 (1,2) but they are with different gaps, 1/2 and 1/1, keeping similar distance may mislead player to hit 01:11:753 (1,2,1,2) earlier then it does like 01:11:279 (1,2)
01:16:332 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - Same as above
