One: you overused high SV. The SV that the music suggests is much slower than what you used - thus, the map looks "artificial", unnatural.
Second thing, you overused "weird" slider shapes without any musical reason to do so, which not only looks random and unapeeling to the eye, but also feels uncomfortable to play. Here's what I mean:
The slider 00:36:218 (2) - and the slider 00:37:613 (2) - follow the EXACT same musical thing. However, one of them is curved in an awkward manner towards the end, while the other has red-dots that make it zig-zag in a 90° degree fashion. I don't see how this fits the music.
I'll give you some general advice based on what I've seen here - it is a typical mistake for new mappers, and it took me a lot of time to realize it when I was new, so I'm hoping to help you by telling you this :3
Most of the times, you don't want to make "unconventional" shapes on sliders shorter than 1/1. Please note that I said "most" of the times, so there are exceptions. The reasoning is that sliders help you with flow - either changing its direction or following it in a curve/line, but what happens with a "weirdly" shaped slider if it's short is that you'll move the cursor slower - which feels unnatural UNLESS the music suggests so. So here's what I mean - I put one of your sliders side by side to a normal, straight line slider. The green line represents how the player will move the cursor http://puu.sh/iUeck/256e2cb60a.jpg .
Notice how your slider makes the line shorter? This means the player will have to move the cursor slower AND in a weird fashion. Sometimes, the music suggests this so it is a great idea, however, I don't think this is the case. The thing is, you used an SV that was too high for this part of the music, so you kinda made up for it making weird slider shapes so that the cursor moves slower. However, this, at least in this part of the song and this map, feels incredibly uncomfortable. There are some exceptions in some maps - T-t-techno comes to mind - but it's an exception from a mapper that knows what he's doing. I don't say you don't, I say that you have potential and will learn about this stuff.
As a rule of thumb I like to ask myself questions when I map. "Is there a reason to do this vs. any other idea?" "How will the player play this part of the map"?
After all, this is a map to be played, not watched in the editor. A good mapper should ALWAYS have the player in mind when mapping. This comes with time, so don't panic, it's something we all had to learn
So, following my rant on sliders, there's more stuff I'd like to point out to you. Take a look at this pattern 00:36:218 (2,3,4) - .
The slider (2) is curved in a way that doesn't fit the music, as I have explained before. But that is not the main issue, the main issue here is flow. Look at how the player will have to move the cursor: http://puu.sh/iUeBE/749e30fd82.jpg
Red line represents cursor movement, of course. Now, looking at that, there's two issues: there is an awkward bump at the end of the slider that will feel uncomfortable to play, but whats worse than that is that thanks to the way the slider's tail is curved, the player will actually have to artificially hold the cursor there for a couple of ms before jumping to the next note, or else, he/she will get a 100 on that slider. This isn't something the music suggests, since it's a simple note/beat without any kind of buildup to it. It is also something I think you didn't intend either - it takes time to realize how the player will play your map, so don't panic.
I'll keep giving you examples of flow and slider mistakes so you can actually learn how to prevent them - I don't want to simply tell you "fix this slider and that note" without giving you all the reasoning for it. I want you to improve.
So looking at slider 00:42:846 (1) - , it curves downwards, giving the player that sense of momentum towards the bottom of the playfield. However, the following notes are at the upper right, which doesn't really feel good while playing, look:

Notice how the way you have them right now, there is a "bump" in the flow curve at the end of the long slider? This is a big factor that makes a pattern feel "uncomfortable". As a general rule, and please remember that there are TONS of exceptions, straight lines/curves/angles made by two straight lines feel good, while bumps in said curves and lines feel bad. So this is what I mean, I'll show you with an example.
00:55:055 (3,1,2,3,4,1) - This is a pattern that in my opinion feels uncomfortable to play. Here's why, following my previous reasoning. http://puu.sh/iUfoG/7df92ed727.jpg - Notice how it's full of forced "bumps" and weirdness? That is the key word here - forced. Generally speaking, something that feels good and flows well is something that lets your cursor move by itself. The flow has not weird bumpiness, so the cursor can freely follow nice curves and lines without having to think about it. However, in patterns like yours here, you have to actively think "I'll have to move my cursor extremely quick and cover a short distance in a weird angle towards the next note" - while the music just goes "there is a triplet here and a simple note, nothing too weird or out of the ordinary". This makes the music and map not feel like they are well put together, know what I mean? So, taking that into account, there are countless ways to fix this pattern:

These are just some crappy examples, I'm sure you can come up with better ones!
01:04:648 (3,4,1) - I want to point out this pattern because these three notes flow well with each other, so I can tell you can do it! Good job here.
01:06:567 (1,1,2) - The sudden break between (1) and (1) feels really weird. The music hasn't changed at all from the previous patterns, but you changed your rhythm choice, which again feels unnatural. What I mean is, the fact that you don't have a note at 01:06:916, while you always had an object there in the previous patterns, feels unnatural and forced, considering the music hasn't changed yet.
01:27:497 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13) - Streams are somewhat simillar to sliders in the fact that they should almost never (there are exceptions) have weird bumps, cause they will make the player focus on them and not let them actually move the cursor freely according to the music. In this case, there is a bump at 8-9-10, those three objects are excessively curved compared to the rest of the stream. 01:30:811 (6) - This goes for all of the patterns like this one: this slider is too close to the stream for no reason at all, it should be further away!
01:33:602 (3) - What's the reasoning behind putting a 1/2 slider here instead of a triplet like before? the music hasn't changed at all, so you shouldn't change your rhythm choices!
I'll point out a few more examples of things you should take into account. I don't plan to go thing-by-thing or I'll make you remap. It's way better if I just give you tips and stuff to think about, so you fix the map by yourself taking those things into account.

Same goes for 01:44:503 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - , 6 and 7 are more separated to the rest of the stream than the previous notes, fix that!
So I'm getting tired and it's getting late for me. As I said before, I hope you take this as tips on how to improve and apply them to the rest of the map by yourself, following my logic - I find that to be much much better than going thing by thing so I make you remap just like that.
You have the potential to improve, you just need to ask yourself the right questions when mapping and answer them - "Does this fit the music?", "Does this flow well here?", "Is this consistent with my previous pattern and the music?", "How will the player play my map, or this pattern?" "Will it feel comfortable?"
Once you start asking yourself those questions and answer them, you will become a much much better mapper. Please fight and follow your dreamsuuu~ you can do it!
