[Archived] osu! logo repeating

Problem Details: When i try to open osu! the logo just pops up, then dissapears and the cycle repeats itself. I can't close osu, not even in the task manager, so i have to restart my PC to get rid of the repeating logo.

osu! version: 20150414.2 (latest)

Hold shift and open osu!.exe, keep holding shift untill a settings dialog pops up.
In there, set the release stream to Stable (and the renderer to DirectX, for now at least), and make sure the resolution selected is fine.
Then try to start the game again.
This is to get rid of possible configuration issues.

If it still occurs, once again hold shift and open osu!.exe, keep holding shift untill a settings dialog pops up.
This time click the "repair osu!" button near the bottom of the dialog.
And then try once again.
This is to get rid of possible file issues.

I tried both but the problem is still appearing

Hm weird. Try reinstalling the latest .Net framework and reinstall osu! (RUN INSTALLER AGAIN DO NOT UNINSTALL).
