Mod from my Q.
A few words prior.
You will see in my mod I will be suggesting a lot according to vocals. I am aware of the
fact that this beatmap was originally mapped to the beat, I am merely suggesting that some parts
should be mapped according to vocals since those would be the only source of 'rhythm' that is loud
and very prevelant. I hope you don't dismiss my suggestions based on 'But its mapped on drums'
and try them out. I would really appreciate it.
Also when I put something in boxes, those are examples of what you could do, no need to copy if
it dosnt fit your preferences.

- Rhythmical Issues:
- 00:12:359 (5,1) - I'm really conflicted with this one. The way you mapped this is rhythmically
correct, no question. The thing that strikes me is that it just seems so natural to have a 1/1 slider
following the vocals instead of the guitar. Please try this rhythm, play it and then come to your
desision if you're gonna change this or not because I think this would work much better and nicer.
- 00:15:086 (3,1) - ^
- 00:15:938 (4) - Consider removing the repeat and adding a circle instead. Reason for this is
that the build-up starts on 00:16:279 which should therefor be tappable to really get some
energy into that build-up.
- From 00:16:620 to 00:17:984 - The sudden rhythmical change is quite unnerving. The steady
beat starts here but other than that the song didnt change which imo dosnt require a seperate rhythm
or mapping-style. I suggest you continue mapping this like you did before.
- 00:35:711 (1,2,3) - Similar to the one above, there is no beat in the background that would need
support in form of a stream I suggest you remove it and replace it with a 1/1 slider instead as you did
prior.
- 00:39:802 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - The Voice here is very 'draggy' in this part which would be a great
oppertunity to use 1/2 slider-jumps. Right now this section seems very overmapped, at least to me.
Ontop of that it would break your rhythmical 'consistency' a bit and give your map more variety instead
of simply spamming one key.
- 00:50:711 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - ^
- 05:04:347 (1,2,3,4,5) - ^ // 1/2 slider-rhythm would fit much better here imo
- 02:33:666 (5) - Try using a 1/2 slider instead of a 1/1 break/anti-jump. This is very much flow-breaking and
as much as I hate to use this word but its downright 'awkward'. It just dosnt make sense to pause here.
- 02:37:416 (2) - I'm not sure if this is intentional or not; Anyhow I suggest you reduce this slider to a 1/2 or
narrow the spacing between 02:37:416 (2,3) - just for reading-purposes. Or not. I personally would do it.
I just realized that I'm modding a japanese song. Fuck me. I just broke my own Q rules. No wait
YOU broke tha rules! \o3o/
- Placement Issues:
- 01:04:688 (3) - Personally, I'd set this to x:272 y:160 just to make it a bit more readable
and play with the flow. Right now you are forced to stop a bit in a way and I personally was surprised
while playing this. Ofc, more or less personal preference which is why I wont point out the others
since you do this rhythm that way all the time. Take it as a comment. c:
- 01:08:779 (2) - Similar story here as you are forced to stop. On top of that the circle
is being hidden under the slider which just makes reading a bit tedious. I set it to x:304 y:360
just so it would like up with the flow.
- 01:49:688 (2) - ^ // Flow-enhancement. \o3o/ set to x:360 y:76
- 02:27:188 (5) - ^ // x:115 y:364
- 01:52:416 (2) - I'm gonna go ahead and guess that this stack dosnt really emphasize anything
but because of space issues it's stacked. I'm not going to tell you to remap the whole pattern but
to merely stack 01:52:416 (2) - with sliderbeginning of 01:52:586 (3) to make it more comfortable.
- 01:55:825 (3) - ^
- Cosmetical Issues:
- 00:01:620 (1,2) - I suggest you swap the NC here. The Jump-Pattern starting on (2) has it's
own rhythm with the guitar, which makes it seem like thats the major downbeat while playing, esspecially
since there hasnt been a steady beat yet. It would also make the previous pattern 00:01:279 (5,1) - simply
look nicer and perhaps it will also be more readable for some.
- 00:47:302 (1) - I personally don't think NC is necessary here.
- 02:06:734 (1) - ^
- 02:07:416 (1) - ^ // The NC here indicates that a new rhythm has started and naturally leads
players to pause 1/2 beat. Removing it would be a very good Idea. - 03:39:120 (1) - ^
- 00:58:892 (1,2,1,2,3) - The NCs here make the Rhythm very hard to read, which obviously
wasn't your intention. I suggest you NC 00:58:552 (8) - 00:59:234 (6) - 00:59:745 (2) - and remove
00:58:892 (1) - 00:59:404 (1) - this makes it much more comfortable to read.
- 02:52:757 (7) - ^ NC
- 02:57:359 (1,3) - ^ Swap NC
- 03:48:325 (2,1) - Swap NC and NC on 03:48:836 (3) -
- 04:42:529 (1) - I suggest you remove NC here to me that 1/1 break more readable. Personally I'd
NC 04:42:188 (2) - and remove NC on 04:41:677 (1) - // add NC on 04:43:041 (4) - and 04:43:552 (2) - - 05:09:632 (1) - remove NC
Good luck with this map~
