Easy:
00:12:185 (1) - This should be a new combo right here. Though 6 note combos are okay in Easy, this calls for a new combo. 00:12:185 (1) - should remain a new combo, though.
00:20:320 - The note at 00:12:185 starts with that magnificent whistle, right after a crescendo. This spinner ends a second such crescendo, and should have the whistle hitsound as well.
00:32:863 (2,3,4) - Put claps on these. It emphasizes the building crescendo very well.
00:44:727 - This doesn't need a timing change. It really needs the whistle effect from the beginning spinner, which compliments and accentuates the crescendo. A finish might be in order as well.
01:01:507 (1,2) - Claps would go well here.
01:02:185 (3) - In the middle (not on the ends) apply a finish. It really does wonders for the buildup.
01:07:778 (2,4) - It's a little awkward having these pretty much identical. Perhaps rotate the top one slightly and move the note after it?
01:09:134 (4) - This needs to be new combo.
01:11:846 (1,2,3) - You need to find a way to make this ONE slider. You want something with the length of 01:11:846 (1) - in the timeline, with two repeats, as that fits the music better.
01:15:575 (6) - Needs to be new combo as well.
01:17:270 (1,2,3,4) - Similar problem. Make it one slider.
01:19:982 (1,2,3) - As above. The thing is, these parts are ramping up the difficulty. A lot.
01:23:710 (2,3,4,5) - This makes more sense musically as a slider with three repeats with a length of 01:24:049 (3) - in the timeline.
01:45:405 (2,3,4) - Take out the notes, not the slider, and move 01:45:744 (3) - to the white tick before it, and add two repeats. Fix the spacing to compensate.
02:28:287 (5,6) - These don't fit the music, remove them.
02:28:965 (1) - Move this to 02:28:456 (1) - and lengthen it to reach to 02:30:490 - . Add a clap to the end.
02:36:931 (1) - Make this a new combo.
03:16:592 (1) - Make this hitsound section C1, not C2, and add a whistle. Ends on a nice note.
Note: Your Easy shows mapping skill, but I think it is a safe thing to say that this is a little too hard for Easy. It might be worth it to cut down on the notes and make more of it sliders, as well as reduce the Distance Snap a bit. I will update the post tomorrow or the day after concerning the Hard and Vision. The rest are GDs, and I don't want to upset their apple carts. Keep watch of this post.

01:14:373 (2) - This looks better if you get it to x: 400 y: 132. It looks better and the snapping makes a little more sense.

02:04:667 (4) - This makes more sense for flow if you rotate it 90 degrees clockwise with selection as center.
I simply thought it was a tragedy that those pictures weren't resized, so I went ahead and did that. Note: I would recommend knocking the AR to 3.5, the HP to 3.5, and the OD to 4.
Very Hard:
This doesn't really need to be here. If you slightly up the CS on the hard, the gap is lessened.
Insane:
00:13:820 (5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12) - These aren't needed. Take those out, bring 00:14:589 (1) - to where (5) was, and make it a long swooping slider.
00:45:743 (1,2,3,4) - This reads a little awkward. If you made 00:45:935 (2,3) - like 00:45:743 (1,4) - , and rotated 2 and 3 45 or 90 degrees counter clockwise, it would look much better.
00:56:128 (1) - In lieu of this note, just add a repeat to 00:55:551 (3) - .
01:16:704 (4,1) - The jump here is way too big. Take 01:16:128 (1,2,3,4) - and replace the notes with it, and use CTRL+H.
Note: This changes will dramatically lessen the gap between Hard and Insane. However, an Easy is needed.

00:35:559 (1) - The whistle here sounds... strange. It doesn't make sense to have it here.
01:11:883 (5) - This doesn't need to be here. Nothing suggests it should be there.
01:27:937 (1) - Same problem as 00:25:667 (2) - .
01:39:613 (1) - The music is silent from 01:43:667 - on, so you should have the spinner end there.
Note: The Easy needs very slight nerfing to get into rankable territory, below 1.5 stars.
Hard:
00:16:748 (1,2,1,2,1,2) - I love the idea you have here, but it gets really high DS for a Hard in the end. I recommend selecting them all, and using CTRL+SHIFT+S and scale the whole thing to 0.850 scale.
01:39:532 (1) - Same thing as the other diffs.
Insane:
00:56:153 (4,5,6,7) - This could be tidied up a bit. The overlaps are somewhat unsightly.
01:01:505 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - I would just make this a regular stream, instead of a stream with sliders.
Note: Your difficulty is also a bit too high here. Aim for below 4.75 stars.
Extra:
00:31:342 (5,6) - These are a little awkward. Just continue the note pattern from (4) and hook it to the next slider.
01:39:532 (1) - Dock the slider to here 01:43:667 - .

Note: Your Hard heavily is relying on straight sliders. Try adding curves to them whenever possible, as that reflects the whimsy and fantasy of the piece. Even slight curves do wonders.
Insane:
01:26:884 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5) - Try travelling in an arc around the playing field. Not only is it easier to read, it's more fun to play.
Perhaps your biggest problem is your colours for your combos. Look at the background, listen to the song. They portray fantasy and bold adventure. Study the background to see what colours are good. Perhaps a navy colour, as suggested by the blimp's underside? Maybe a sand tan colour, like the blimp? Perhaps a crimson colour to reflect the maiden's garb? Perhaps the most elusive, the adobe brown of the boots or the dark gold of the blade the lass holds? Look for things to complement the background and the feel of the song, not clash with them as the generic colours given do.
