Good luck ranking the mapset!

[ General]
Title / Romanised Title
- Change it to 花雪(TVsize) / Hanayuki(TVsize) since *this map is with that title so I assume that it is more correct.
Tags - Maybe you want to add some more? *Some of them can be put here.
Design - Remove Widescreen Support and Letterbox during Breaks in all diffs.
Combo Colors - All 3 combo colors are blue in color, I suggest changing 2 of them to another color to diversify the colors, so that the players can notice the fruits more easily.
[ Salad]
Gameplay
- 00:13:038 (3,1) - I suggest adding a minor dash here to stress the stanza change.
- 00:48:997 (3,4,5) - I think it is unnecessary to have a stream here as it changes the overall rhythm, I recommend having 1/2 patterns in the whole diff instead.
- 01:01:120 (2,3) - Better chop down the stream by remove (3), because I think the stream here don't suit the diff as the whole diff do not contain much streams and it is a Salad only.
- 01:06:257 (1) - End this spinner earlier to provide more preparation time for the players (since they are mostly beginner and they need more time). I do suggest ending the spinner at 01:07:079 or 01:07:284
- 01:19:408 (1,1) - End this spinner earlier with the same reason above. I suggest removing 01:21:051 (1) and lengthen the spinner till 01:21:051 as it suits well.
- In general I think the jumps are nice but some sliders are way too hard to catch and the players have to dash in order to get the head and tail. I think the main cause is the Slider Velocity, I recommend lowering the SV from 2.00 (because it is really high) to maybe 1.7 or 1.8 to solve it, or just change the angle of the slider to make it slanted.
Hitsounds - 00:26:805 and 01:14:476 are with drum as the main hitsound. I think the change between S:C1 to D is quite strange. You should find a hitsound sample changing the hitnormal to suit the difference, or just simply change it back to S:C1 but with louder volume.
[ Platter]
Difficulty
- Lower the Circle Size to 3.5 so that there are obvious differences between Salad and Rain.
Gameplay - 00:06:462 (1) - This slider is way too weird, change it to a curved slider instead.
- 00:13:038 (1,1) - Maybe this is a bit hard for the beginner players who want to try Platter as they have to turn the direction of movement after dashing. I recommend using such pattern: *click.
- 00:41:599 (2,3,4) - Distances are too high, and they are uneven with the distance of 00:41:394 (1,2) and 00:42:216 (4,1) etc. Lower the distance a bit or the players have to dash in middle.
- 00:43:243 (1,2,3) - This pattern doesn't suit the background music. Change it to 1/2 pattern.
- 00:44:887 (3,4,5) - This pattern is weird and doesn't suit the background music either, I suggest changing it to 1/2 pattern instead.
- 00:53:106 (1,2,3) - Same as 00:41:599 (2,3,4)
- 00:54:647 (11,1) - Add a HDash and change the direction of (1) from pointing right to left for better flow and stress of stanza.
- 01:07:901 (1,2) - The pattern suddenly changed, which is inconsistent to previous patterns, change it to *this.
- 01:09:545 (1,2,3,4) - This pattern is way too hard for Platter! Reduce the distance between the sliders and remove the minor dash effects in each sliders.
Hitsounds - 00:26:805 and 01:14:476 are with drum as the main hitsound. I think the change between S:C1 to D is quite strange. You should find a hitsound sample changing the hitnormal to suit the difference, or just simply change it back to S:C1 but with louder volume.
[ Mili's Rain]
Gameplay
- This rain is too hard and it seems not fitting the difficulty spread of N-H-I. Salad contains a bit dashes, Platter with a few HDashes but Rain with a lot of HDashes. Some of the HDashes in the Rain are not that necessary and not fitting the rhythm. I will point out some below.
- 00:01:942 (4,1,2) - Too hard! Reduce the HDash between (1,2).
- 00:06:462 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Too hard to catch after HDashing from previous-(7) to (1). Change the curve to this: *Click.
- 00:13:038 (7,1) - Missing HDash here.
- 00:26:599 (9,1) - ^
- 00:41:599 (2,3,4) - Unnecessary HDashes, which make this pattern kind of Overdose. I recommend reducing the distances and remove the HDashes.
- 00:44:887 (1,2,3,4) - ^, the patterns are similar to the one here: ginkiha - Oriens
- 00:49:613 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Distances are way too far. Reduce the distance, or at least reduce the distance between (1,2).
- 00:53:106 (1,2,3) - I think this pattern is fine but you may change this like 00:41:599 (2,3,4) or add a HDash between 00:53:723 (3,1)
- 00:53:928 - 00:54:750 - Here contains a stream in Platter, but in the Rain, this part is with simple circle patterns, which is different from the spread. I think you can change this part to a stream or just ask if Platter can replace with the circle patterns here.
- 00:54:750 (1,2,3) - Yea.
- 00:56:394 (1,2,3,4) - Oriens.
- 01:02:969 (1,2,3) - Not fitting the background music. They are in 1/2 patterns with 1/4 gaps.
- 01:04:613 (3,4,5) - Too hard to catch (5) after HDashing in (3,4).
- 01:05:435 (1,2,3) - ^
- 01:07:901 (1,2,3) - Same as 00:54:750 (1,2,3)
- 01:09:544 (1,2,3,4) - Definitely a no no!
- 01:15:709 (4,5,6,7) - I find this a bit hard to catch (6,7) after HDashing in (4,5). Maybe you want to reduce the distance or change the direction of stream (5,6,7)?
[ Overdose]
Gameplay
- 00:06:565 - Missing a circle.
- 00:38:928 (1,2,3,4) - This stream needs some polishes. I think Ctrl+G'ing (3,4) separately will be better here. It is awkward that the player have to change the direction of dashing after (1,2).
- 00:44:784 (7,1) - Too hard to catch (1) after HDashing in the previous patterns.
- 00:46:325 (1) - You kind of missed the white ticks. Change this to 1/2 slider with a circle.
- 00:57:627 (4,1) - Need a HDash or it will confuse the player.
- 01:23:055 (2,1) - Add HDash to keep consistency with previous pattern.
- In general, too many HDashes in this diff. You should remove some of them as they are not really necessary in the background music, unless you really want to stress the rhythm there.
Hitsounds - 00:26:805 and 01:14:476 are with drum as the main hitsound. I think the change between S:C1 to D is quite strange. You should find a hitsound sample changing the hitnormal to suit the difference, or just simply change it back to S:C1 but with louder volume.
Good luck ranking the mapset!
