Just a quick note. I had to disable Skin and SB. The SB was very disrtacting to me. The names popped
out quite a bit (which isn't necessarily a bad thing) but the thing that made it so weird was that they
were moving to quickly. Concider having them move only a couple of pixels. (But that comes from someone
who never plays with custom skin or SB, so...) My two cents.

  The current slider-slide is really 'loud' or at least distracting for me, esspecially on the last slider/sliderart.
Cosmetical Issues
1. 00:01:055 (3) - Have you thought about NC'ing those parts? To me personally, since it is a change
  in Rhythm it warrants a NC. It would sort of group those parts together and make the pauses between them
  more clear and more readable. Don't get me wrong, it's not false how it is now, I just personally would
  prefere NC on these things.

seem you didn't set combo colours, so how about set them? as match with BG

The other reason is rhythm is really repetitive here, so I prefer cut it here than repeat again an again something who can become boring.

00:49:683 (1) - This slider doesn't look too good imo. Try dragging the last spot a bit higher, so it gets a nice round shape.

00:02:441 (7,1) - Not a perfect blanket.
00:02:959 - I still feel weird about skipping these beats. Make sure you ask a BN about them. I will stop pointing them out.

Cheap answer, also as far as I saw by quickly scanning the thread you pretty much turned most suggestions to change them down because you probably don't even have any idea what you're doing or something. Also not going to spend time modding this because I'll obviously feel like I've wasted my time.

02:08:734 (3) - this note shouldn't be here imo, at least for me it fits better putting it on next blue tick
