This is good but can you just change the border color (blue or grey) and can you put a background behind the photo? If you can't it's ok

Scanlines: Yup! But make it a bit subtle. Like it's there, but it isn't overpowering.
Extras: A while back I saw this image. and thought it looked cool. If it's possible, could you do something like this, but with colors that fit? If you could, though.

Note: I want to ask if it would be okay If I used it as my signature on MyAnimeList. I won't without your permission, so that's why I ask. ^-^

Experimented a glowing border type and a new colored text. Also I can't dl the brush you requested so, here it is for now.
