I think about +6-7ms to the offset is better (this is also close to what ShaggoN got)

Hard:01:05:140 (4,5,6,7) - make this a diamond jump pattern? kiou uses that pattern a lot for 1/1 like this:

01:51:854 - The lesjuh section doesn't really feel much like a lesjuh map. Most of his maps have lots of mini-jumps and that stacked 1/2 stuff that he and Gladi like to do everywhere (you should definitely do this at least):

02:46:712 - oh boy, Wahrheit. Ok, the main thing here is that in your map, all the notes seem to flow the same direction as the previous notes. Wahrheit doesn't do that:
http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/14508 the 5 here is in an "unexpected" position to the left, rather than being right above the 4. v2b's section in Wahrheit does that a lot (for example, the red 6 is to the right of that slider endpoint rather than being above it).
Also add a note at 02:53:354? It would actually be just like that screenshot if you moved the notes around a bit.
The DJPop, happy30, James, kiou, and Mafiamaster sections were good and really easy to pick out
