I think another standard difficulty is needed (if you're sorting this out, sorry for pointing it out, but you need 2 standard maps for a set, at least one being a normal.
Kiai times aren't snapped.
You need to cut down the mp3 (maybe make the mp3 fade out at an earlier time?) as you need to have less than 20% of the song left after the ending.

00:27:600 (3) - Maybe just finish this at the 1/1 with the light drum beat?
00:40:725 (2) - I know this is really minor and won't seem like much, but move this to x:96, makes this jump not feel as awkward.

Salad
Maybe reduce CS of this difficulty to CS3.5 for a consistent spread? (And the fact CS4 is a bit small for a salad).

I am talking with people about another diff for standard, and kiai came unsnapped. I forgot to resnap them. Will also fade mp3 about 5 seconds after the last note i guess.

I'm bored, so here's a random mod (:

General Comments:
  1. Song Folder: BG image is 1024x600 which is unrankable - BG images should either be 1024x768 or 1366x768, so you should try and find a new one
  2. Song Setup: You can disable Widescreen support here for all diffs, since you're not using a video or SB.
  3. Metadata: No issues
  4. Timing: No issues
  5. Hitsounds: No issues
  6. AImod: You'll need to do something with the end of the mp3, since you're not using over 20s of it. You could either map the remaining sections, or trim the mp3 down with a fade out to reduce file size - if you need help with this, let me know. Also, your kiai sections aren't snapped, and as MB said, you need at least a Normal Std diff for this to be rankable
Difficulty Specific Comments:
Cup
You'll need to make this diff easier, since the star rating of the easiest diff in any set must be below 1.5 stars (if there's an Easy diff) or under 2 stars (if Normal is the easiest diff). For a Cup, the note density is okay, but you should try and avoid 1/4 notes such as 00:30:100 (1,2) - Also, try angling some of your sliders to reduce the amount of movement slightly. They're currently all horizontal, so angling them differently would reduce the difficulty, as well as adding some variety

Don't forget that sliders count as multiple objects on the plate, so a series of sliders can stack up very quickly. Watch your NCs in places like 00:07:600 (1,2,3,4,5) and 00:52:600 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8)

00:30:100 (1,2) etc. - As I mentioned above, 1/4 notes in a Cup diff aren't usually a good idea, so I'd just make these into a single 1/1 slider

00:30:100 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2) - This gets quite monotonous, and making these 1/1 sliders will make that even more noticeable. Try adding some notes on every other 1/2 note between sliders for some variety, e.g. first one at 00:32:287
00:40:100 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - ^ Maybe this time, try starting on the first 1/2 note instead of the second, or give the 1/2 a direction change to add further variety

00:40:725 (2,3) - Reduce the spacing a little here - whilst it's still catchable without dash, it's quite intimidating for a new player to see a jump of this size

00:54:162 (5,6,7) - I wouldn't use a 1/4 triplet here, (6) isn't really that strong anyway. Better to just keep (5,7), or make them into a 1/1 slider

AImod says you have unsnapped kiai 40s after the song ends. Weird...


Try increasing the spacing of a few prominent notes in the first two sections a little, since none of them currently require dash to catch. I would make small jumps to any note that you're emphasising with a whistle, as well as the note on the downbeat

Weird, your last post says you reduced the tickrate to 2, but I still see it as 4, even though the beatmap listing says this is the Latest pending version. Might just be my client, but check this anyway please.

00:06:037 (3) - Both of these notes are equally prominent, so i would split this into two circles and add a little jump between them. 00:06:662 (4,5) make a better 1/2 slider here IMO if you want to keep some variety

00:10:100 (7) - This has a finish hitsound, so make a jump here. You'll need to play with some spacing if you want to do this though - I put (5) at x:420, (6) at x:320 and (7) at x:16, but this is just a suggestion

00:23:537 - Add a note here for the "for" vocal note, it keeps a good 1/2 pattern
00:26:662 - ^ For the "the" vocal note
00:26:975 - ^ Add two notes on the 1/4 here - when combined with 00:27:287 (3) it maps the "end of the" vocal notes quite well. Alternatively, make these into a 1/4 slider repeating
00:28:850 - Add another note here to keep a good rhythm - there's a weak sound at this point in the music as the pitch of the synth changes

00:49:162 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12) - These stacks are a little annoying to play for me. I think they'd be better as sloping stacks of 4, but still with the small space between them

Also angled almost all 1/2 sliders

I think this is because there is still timing sections for another kiai section that isnt there because I trimmed the mp3 file. I will delete the extra timing sections and this should solve that problem

Difficulty spread is a little small--you could fix that by making them longer or making it a little more different.

A lot of the timing points are not specifically snapped- unsure if you changed the offset or something.
Otherwise, it's really good.
00:50:100 - Kiai start is not snapped. Not sure if this is a problem or not, but it might fit at the time written. (00:50:100)

Platter
This feels a little easy for a platter, sometimes, although that's a matter of opinion.
00:08:850 (3) - Increase volume to break?
00:09:475 (5,6) - Keep same hitsound as before?
00:26:975 (4) - Make this a sideways slider?
00:27:600 (5) - Move this to 00:27:443 and the end to 00:27:443 (5) to fit the voice?

Hey, do you want me to cut the .mp3 down for you? if so, just send me a pm and i can do it (forum, game, etc) and i dont mind helping that way. my biggest thing is the slider followed by one note that repeats like 10 times it is the same thing on all three difficulties. you can follow the vocals here instead of the beat so you can switch things up and offer a better play for your map than just repeating the same thing over and over, just with a tad bit more movement with each difficulty.

I can trim the mp3 I just never got around to doing it honestly. And I could map the vocals for this song but I don't like the way it is for this song specifically, and I personally enjoy mapping drums when I can because i prefer consistency. MY other maps I do map vocals a bit, i just dont like it. I try to vary up the flow a bit so it isn't too stale. ._.

Is this intended or you just forgot about them? xD Alright, after hearing to that part I think they fit a lot well then the ones you have on the Platter diff and without even noticing this, that part is the one I skipped in the previous diff so use 00:30:100 - 00:48:225 - for your Platter too
  3. 00:49:787 (3) - Custom Soft Whistle on head

[Cup]
  1. As before, the hitsounds I suggested for the Platter diff + your hitsounds of that section on the Salad diff :3

Most of the sections are used for volume changes. Fixed kiai snap issue on all diffs, and the standard diff was removed but I might not have done it right so it isn't showing up.

00:10:137 (7) - I know it's for emphasis that it's this far away, but I feel it plays a bit weirdly considering the almost consistent DS for the rest of the intro, so I'd move a bit closer, to x:48, this still emphasises this note with high DS, but not as much.
00:33:262 (2) - Keep this consistent with earlier sections in terms of distance from the last note by moving this to x:284.
00:37:012 (4) - ^ x:264.
01:01:074 (2) - I think a bit more distance from this to 3 feels nice, x:344?

00:29:199 (3,4,5,6) - This section is quite standstill, it feels kinda boring, I know that you were trying to make it easy because of the use of the 1/8 repeat slider but I think it's fine to move 3 to x:444, and 5 to x:456. This makes some more movement, still quite easy though in case the use of 1/8 confuses a newer player.
00:41:074 (3) - Increased distance here, say, to x:160, plays nicer, in my opinion, as this jump feels a bit lacking right now.
00:49:199 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12) - I don't know why but I love this stream. Nothing to change, just thought I'd point it out <3.
00:52:012 (4) - Whilst it ruins symmetry, this feels a lot better suited to a dash, so maybe move this to x:332?
00:54:355 (6) - x:344 flows slightly better in my opinion, this distance just feels strange to me right now.

  3. Metadata: Whilst it's not the same song, you can probably steal a few of the tags from this mapset if you like, specifically those relating to genre - https://osu.ppy.sh/s/291043
  4. Timing: Remove the unnecessary inherited points in each diff, e.g in the Cup, there are a bunch of useless green lines during and after the spinner at 00:47:637 (1) - and resnap the important ones where necessary. Also, you can remove the unnecessary bookmarks after the song cut in the .osu file under "Editor" - delete everything after 70040

However, this is the mapper's choice of course, as to whether he wants to apply this or not. If he decides not to, I'd say the only change would be to remove 00:29:590 (6) - , as I can't hear a sound here.

  3. 00:30:137 - 00:47:012 - Check the sliders mentioned in Salad. However I think this part in Platter should be mapped differently from Salad, maybe you can change the patterns to 1/2 sliders. It does play well in my opinion.
  4. 00:49:980 (11,12) - Too static here, move (12) slightly to either left or right.
  5. 00:50:058 (12,1) - Add a HDash between them to emphasize Kiai start.
  6. 00:59:512 (6,7,1) - In my opinion, HDash should be placed between (7,1) but not (6,7) because (1) is a new beat in the stanza so it is better to emphasize it here to give a rhythmical feeling.
  7. 01:07:637 (1,2) - Having a HDash here is a bit weird as (2) is not in strong beat, so remove it.
