is you ask why ? it's cuz for what i know 1 note= 1 hs. for example in NM dif : 00:22:933 (22933|0) - this note is using 40% vol. and 00:22:533 (22533|2,22533|1) - this 2 notes is using 40% (each note) too. it's mean the first single note is 40% then the second 2 notes is 40% + 40%=80%.
for what i know it's supposed this 00:22:533 (22533|1,22533|2) - should use 20% each note. so, 2 notes have same vol. (20% +20% = 40%) or you can make like this 00:16:533 (16533|2,16533|3,16933|2,16933|3) - in dif HD (1 note using hs and another note is not using)

Actually I think it's good since these have different hitsounds. Maybe there's no need to reduce the drum sound when a symbol rings together. Anyway I will ask others about this, thanks for mentioning this :)

due to some little IRC mods and major issues to fix I gonna self-pop this...
Here's the list of All things I change on this update:
[NM]
major issue: the previous star rating of this diff is '1.5', and the icon changed from 'N' to 'E' automatically several days ago..(I don't know why), so I increase the diff to '1.51' and make the map more playable.
1. added these notes : 01:58:533 (118533|1,120133|0) - , same as 00:48:133 (48133|1,49733|2) - I previous have.
2. the previous pattern here follows the melody but seems not good, I decided to follow the drum sound here.
3. HP7, OD7

[HD]
1. 00:35:333 (35333|0) - moved to column 4 00:35:333 (35333|3) - for better hand balance
2. changed 00:48:133 (48133|0) - hitsound from 'normal-hitnormal8' to 'normal-hitnormal15', same as other diffs.
3. added: 00:49:733 (49733|3) -
4. 01:45:733 (105733|1,106533|1) - moved to column 3, added 01:45:733 (105733|1) - , same as previous pattern
5. 02:00:133 (120133|1) - added this, same as other diffs.
6. HP7.5, OD7.5

[MX]
1. added 01:07:233 (67233|1) -
2. 01:47:033 (107033|1) - moved to column 3

[SHD]
1. 00:59:033 (59033|2) - 01:04:833 (64833|2) - moved to column 3, for better hand balance and pitch relevancy, actually this is also LNP- 's idea, I didn't accept it but now I think it may be good.
2. 01:07:233 (67233|3) - added
3. 02:01:733 (121733|1) - added hitsound 'normal-hitnormal15'
4. 02:01:733 - from here on the 1/8: added hitsound 'normal-hitnormal15' 15% volume.
5. HP8.5, OD8
