Thanks for modding! I looked over your suggestions but not going to apply them for now because I'm going to put this map for graveyard for now so I can have more map slots LOL. Maybe will come back to this map in the future.

190 offset sounds so far off 0.0 I get ~175

As Nwolf said, the offset is off. I get 171 rather than 175 though, up to you which you think feels better! (not much in it though haha)

Was this a substantial mod post? Did the mod post point out more than a couple of things to improve or fix your map?

In this case a kds should not be given at all. Please do not abuse the star priority system and read the rules again. In case the above people provide a more refined mod I will reset them.

I'm pretty sure an offset fix is a substantial enough mod post to warrant KD but whatever.

An offset change alone is not kds worthy and basically just confirming what the previous person pointed out is not kds worthy at all. Anyway, for the sake of the thread feel free to continue this discussion on forum PM with me.
