On Clare's Hope, 00:45:590 seems a little weird to me. Consider making it shorter, then mapping after that~
Also, the question mark at 01:47:090 gave me chills.

Use the same Lead-in on all difficulties? A bit picky, but maybe you could increase it to 1sec or so.
