00:13:827 (13827|0) - you added double for your 4k here and I also think this should be a double chords 00:11:726 (11726|0) -
00:15:477 (15477|0) - 00:17:577 (17577|0) - 00:19:077 (19077|0) - 00:22:677 (22677|0,22977|0,23277|0,23577|0) - same, you have plenty of column more than in 4k :/
00:28:527 - 00:38:127 - kinda empty hmmm, pretty sure there's 3 sounds not 2
00:47:577 (47577|0,48327|0) - again witht the cymbal thingy, you might wanna use your 4k as reference. won't mention this issue again
About the cymbal thing, I planned on making it like that for some time, but if I make every cymbal a double (scratch + note), it would end up above 2*, which would fuck up the ranking criteria thingy saying a diff needs to be below 2* :v (unless I'm retarded and I don;t know how to distinguish cymbal from whatever other sound you may call it :v). I would need something more specific with this matter before doing something that further fucks up the diff more than it is, so no change regarding that for now.
Now, about the missing sounds, I know about that, it feels weird without notes and all, but the one who suggested it to me had a better argument than me back then, so I went with it, since this is my first GD ever and all, it may look retarded in some parts of some mods :v. Anyways, fixed the ones you pointed out, dunno if there are more tho and I'm in a rush atm :\
Kami, I probably won't be able to check any more mods for my diffs for now, any mods coming before friday I can do, but after it, I won't be on osu for medical reasons, so I'll leave my diffs up to you by then (if some of the changes are inmense gameplay-wise, you can put your name on the diff as a collab or something, don't really care XD).

[Kaito's 4K Normal]00:11:726 - Some of the crashes you layered in the whole song are either single notes or 2-note chords. Some of the 2-note chords even have a LN before it instead of one note.
Only thing I can suggest here is to stick to a structure then be consistent with it. For crashes that come after an LN, stick to using 1 note so it provides just enough impact for them. For ones without LNs, stick with 2-note chords. Fixed, or at least the ones I found
00:19:602 (19602|3,20727|3,21552|1) - Might be better to extend these LNs to the next note for increased crash impact. ....Don't think so, I'll leave it as it is
00:25:977 to 00:43:077 - Structural consistency here is pretty lacking. On some measures, you have hammers, then on the other, they're a little denser than usual.
Again, stick to a structure, then be consistent with it. If you find that a little boring, then add a little twist on it, but be sure to stick to that structure for a while so it highlights which particular sounds you're charting on. I have been told this in the past, and I have yet to see the problem tbh, when I listen to the song, I see that the hammers should be there, since there's the exact sound there, and the rest isn't a hammer because it isn't the same. My ears may be shit, but that's what I hear, and wouldn't change it until I hear something different there or another point against it pops up. So, no change with this
Example: On 00:35:577 to 00:37:977 - you can use this structure and stick with it for a good amount of time so players can know what instrument you're accenting. Be sure to have some pitch relevance in those notes, though, as the piano plays a big part in this song.
01:27:372 to 01:43:372 - Same case for these guys. Same as above
00:52:902 (52902|3,53052|0,53202|1,53352|2,53502|3,53652|1,53652|0,53952|3) - Ctrl + H for the pitch. True, applied
00:57:402 (57402|1) - Move to 4, then 00:57:852 (57852|1,58002|2,58152|3,58302|2,58452|0,58452|1,58602|3,58752|2,58902|1,59052|0) - Ctrl + H for the pitch. Applied
01:02:352 (62352|0) - Move to 3 for slight pitch relevance. Applied, also moved 01:02:952 (62952|2) - to col 1 and 01:03:252 (63252|0) - to col 2
01:06:265 (66265|0,66480|1,66694|2,66908|3,67123|0,67323|1,67523|3,67710|2,67898|0,68074|1) - Ctrl + H, then 01:08:416 (68416|2) - move to 2 for pitch. Applied
01:47:372 - Add a note here for impact. meh, left it like that
02:02:582 - Instead of having just 2 LNs for the whole 4 seconds, why not 02:00:827 (120827|3,120827|0) - shorten these to 02:02:582 - then add 2 LNs ending at 02:04:026 - to highlight those descending piano chords? Well, I don't see any problem with this idea, so applied it
PS: Btw, didn't checked Blocko's timing and offset thing, so if you change something there, change it on my diff too, don't want to touch the timing section of this song, would probably fuck something up without noticing XD
