General

The Source, '艦隊これくしょん -艦これ-' must be in tags as the song is nowhere to be found in the anime and only co-track of the single.

Normal

Rhythm is chaotic and keeps swapping between drums and vocals, which is very confusing and elusive. For example:
1. 00:03:705 (4,1) - Sudden switching from vocal to piano.
2. 00:04:678 (2,3) - ^
3. 00:08:732 - 00:09:705 - Missing these beats makes the whole stanza choppy and weird.
4. 00:20:732 - ^ We found moving 00:20:570 (2) - 1/2 later more comfortable as the synthesizer dominates with bass drums on both 00:20:570 - and 00:20:732 - ticks.
5. 00:27:056 (6,1) - Switching again, immediate turning back to vocal on 00:27:705 - . We suggest (ignore the placment): https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/3089212
6. 00:35:489 (2) - Making 00:35:002 (1) - a reversed slider is much more comfortable: http://puu.sh/hzLHy/35bab615a1.jpg
7. 00:37:435 - Starting from here, following vocal wrecks hitsounding:
8. 00:38:570 - Ignore the snare.
9. 00:40:678 - 00:41:164 - The continuous swap between drums and vocals really plays awful.
10. 00:41:489 (4) - Ignoring the strong beat at 00:41:651 - and follow the less stressed vocal.
11. 00:42:786 - Whole section for drum, this is good.
12. 00:51:543 - (Bass) > 00:51:867 - (Bass) > 00:52:191 - (Bass) > 00:52:354 (4) - (Vocal) Bass drums to vocal all of a sudden. Simple suggestion: http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/3089237
13. And many more examples in the kiai which ignores the major snares.
Flow issues mentioned by another team member:
1. 00:23:002 (3,4,5,6,1) - Flow is rather sharp here, 00:23:002 (3,4,5) - angles downwards into 00:24:462 (1) - but there is a turn to 00:24:137 (6) - which can be confusing and awkward
2. 00:49:272 (4,5,6,1) - Another instance of a sharp angle, 00:49:272 (4) - turns to 00:50:083 (5) - , but there is a movement to a stacked pattern 00:50:408 (6,1) -

Be aware that things mentioned above are just examples, thorough mods are necessary to settle the issues.
We will leave the set to modders and BNs, good luck with requalification!

well damn, sorry about that. I will take a look at the map later today.

I would just like to say that the rhythm is like that because of the song itself. following vocals only, or drum and bass/piano only causes some strange gaps in the rhythm that will cause polarity issues which I wanted to avoid. but I guess since the easy has weird gaps, and this is acceptable, I am going to do the same with my diff when i fix up the issues.

well, the QATs said that we should get some mods for it, so I will try to find some on my end.

maybe you try to find a couple as well, getting mods for a single diff shouldn't be difficult. just people that can take a look at the rhythm since it was the problem here.

If we get more fix stack fix blanket mods i am going to scream. seriously.

The problem I see is your use of 1/2 sliders. They often do not fit or unnecessarily change polarity.

00:09:705 (2,3) - Not major but a return slider and a circle would be better to use here

lol, this is exactly what I had when the map got DQed. the current rhythm was something Lanturn suggested to me in the previous IRC mod actually, so I think i am going to leave this alone. no offense to you, but I just regard lanturn opinion on low diffs very highly, even higher than QATs.

this is fine honestly, 01:19:110 (1,2) - is following the music, not vocals, and there is a very clear pause here. remember, the main issue the map was DQed for is that I was trying to force jumps between vocals and the music itself, so i think it is best taht I elave this as is.

yeah sorry, I see your point for all of your suggestions, but they would be for the most part reverting the map to the state in which it was DQed, so I am going to see if this is any better.

if you feel very very strongly about any of these, maybe we can see what can be done, but as I said, in most cases your suggestions put everything back in the state in which the map got DQed :\
