Mod by -Neptune-'s request, second time modding a map of this song in a week but oh well (: I'll just look at metadata, timeline, some basic patterning and such since this is beyond my ability to playtest and I'd hate to give you bad suggestions.

General Comments:
  1. A few unsnapped objects detected by AImod at 00:48:194 (5) and 00:53:112 (1) -, so check these out using Ctrl+Shift+A (maybe from when you changed an offset or SV, just resnap where appropriate)
  2. BG image is 1084x768 which is unrankable. Images should be either 1024x768 or 1366x768 so you should either find or crop a new one (easy since your original is slightly larger than 1024x768 but it's up to you)
  3. Consider adding tags from the ranked mapset here, as well as Undefined Fantastic Object, boss, theme
  4. Ignoring hitsounds for now since I see you're still working on them/looking for someone to help you out
Difficulty Specific Comments:
Cosmic Mind
Just a heads up that there will likely need to be a lot of minor note placement changes once you get the hitsounding finished, since you''ll generally want to have smaller spacing between regular sounded notes, and larger spacing/Hdashes to notes that are strongly emphasised such as with claps or finishes - but this can come later as I said.

00:42:949 (5,6,7) - Consider making these into a 1/8 note stream instead of 1/4, since the drumroll speeds up here, and continue the stream for another 1/4 until 00:43:195 to complete this sound

00:45:736 (1) - Remove NC, this note doesn't need any extra emphasis

00:45:736 (1,1) - A lot of the rhythms in this section are actually 1/4 triplets that you're missing out on. Try listening carefully to these two notes at 25% speed and you'll hear another drum note between them. You could map a lot of these into either triplet streams so repeat sliders to develop some more interesting and varied patterns. Another example would be between 00:49:014 (2,3) - and so on.

01:01:146 (5,6,7) - Consider adding some more notes in between these to make a 1/4 or 1/8 stream for the drumroll if you feel it fits

01:14:916 (1) - I don't feel you need the NC here

01:23:932 (1,1) - The slider head and tail here occur at exactly the same time, which is unrankable, so consider ending 01:23:932 (1) - 1/8 earlier to avoid this

01:25:244 (2) - NC here for the downbeat, as well as the SV change

01:32:785 - I'd add a note here for the snare drum, it feels weird to leave this space empty to me
01:34:424 - ^
01:34:752 - ^ Though if you feel this is too boring, consider making one or both pairs of notes into 1/2 sliders

01:36:228 (1,1) - NC selection in this section seems a bit random to me. Remove NC from both of these and put it on 01:37:047 (4) for the downbeat, then remove NC from 01:37:539 (1) and put it on 01:38:359 (4) for the next downbeat

01:48:195 (5) - Consider making this a 1/2 slider for the quieter piano note at 01:48:359 - then make another 1/2 slider at 01:48:523 for the second set of piano notes
01:50:818 (5) - ^
01:53:441 (5) - ^ This also makes your break start closer to the downbeat at 01:54:096 which flows nicer in my opinion
01:57:375 until 02:07:211 - As above really, there are a lot of interesting piano notes you could map here to make this section a little more interesting. Don't go overboard though, since you want to keep this quiet period as a calmer "breather" section. You've done this in a few places, such as 02:02:293 (1,2,3,4,5) - but I personally still feel it's a little empty

02:20:326 (6) - Move the second red anchor point so the direction change occurs at 02:20:982 - I feel this flows nicely with the drum beat. I put it at [x-152,y-160]. You may need to extend another point of this slider to bring it back to it's original length

02:26:228 (1) - Remove the last repeat from this slider, the drum pattern suggests a 4 stroke roll to me rather than 5. If you do this, bring 02:26:555 (1) back 1/4 and make it repeat only 3 times as well. Then switch to using 1/8 repeat sliders for the buildup of the drum roll like you have at 02:27:211 (1)

02:42:785 - Add a note here (or make this a 1/2 slider) for the bass guitar sound, like you have at 02:41:473 (1)

03:20:326 (1,1) - I don't really feel like you need either of these NCs, since there's no noticeable change in the music here to justify it

03:59:834 (1) - Remove NC here and put it on 03:59:998 (2) -for the downbeat and the start of the next vocal line

04:22:293 (1,2) - These two sliders overlap on the timeline at the head/tail, which is unrankable - consider doing the same as what I suggested for 01:23:932 (1,1)

04:34:752 (1) - Remove the NC here and put it on 04:35:408 (2) for the downbeat

04:37:211 (1) - NC here is unnecessary to me, I'd remove it
This is all from me. Give me another shout if there's anything I didn't explain properly or if you need anything else and best of luck getting this approved! (:
