-You don't need Ragnarok or SoundTeMP in the tags as they are already in the artist/source (also make sure the tags are the same on every difficulty)
-I would put the source as 'Ragnarok Online' as that is what most maps seem to have it as and seems correct
-Your mp3 is currently 96kbps, I would double check that as it meant to be 128-192kbps
-Use at least tick rate 1, there isn't any reason to use 0.5 for this song that I can see

Easy:
-Try and keep a steady rhythm of claps going during the map, they seem to work well sometimes but other parts sound pretty empty
-Some of the combos seem pretty random, stuff like 00:22:404 (1) and 00:27:777 (1) don't really need their own combo
-The stats on this difficulty don't need to be all set to minimum, I recommend at least AR/OD/HP +1
00:31:359 (2,3) - separate stuff like this slightly more
00:35:837 (3,1) - overlaps like this generally don't look nice when playing
01:34:942 (5,6) - ^
01:38:524 (1) - sliders like this could look much cleaner (try and get rid of any sharp curves)
01:50:165 (3,1) - same overlapping comment, try and fix any more of these
02:14:344 (11) - cut this combo down as it is pretty long for an Easy (also stacks with 5+ notes can confuse beginners)

Normal:
-If you are going to do slider speed changes I would do 0.75 as it is kind of sudden going from 1 to 0.5 especially on a Normal
-Some sections could use some more claps to fit the song
00:20:613 (1) - some combo placements still seem random
01:16:583 (4,5,6) - odd pattern
01:56:882 (7) - new combo?
02:04:046 (6) - I wouldn't suggest overlapping this with previous notes

As for the bitrate, i doubt there's much you can do about that since the mp3s that come with the game are 96 kbps anyways.

Even so, the map still has to make sense as well. And another thing... giving bubbles carelessly is something frowned upon as this is the 2nd time i've seen this happen. Make sure the map gets the proper inspectons it needs first BEFORE you think it needs a bubble, not after you give it a bubble.

And kioukiou..... keep the insults down.

I kinda want to apologize if i sounded rude in my mod post, I meant in no way harm to you or your map, the bubble was popped because there were some unrankable issues, but i like to do my full mod together with it, so i also pointed out my suggestions to your map. If at any point you felt i was imposing changes on you i apologize that was not my intention, however the critical issues must be fixed before i can return the bubble, i'll probably recheck this sometime tomorrow, thanks for understanding.
