I was just given access to the tournament client so unless my computer decides to be a potato every game will be streamed.

For those of you wanting to know what happened to Curty2 vs Vawlt's match, neither of them turned up. So their game will be rescheduled to another time during the week.

I sincerely apologize for my absence tonight, an unexpected family event drew me away from my pc. This shouldn't happen again.

On another note, I am thinking of making just one map pool because from what i've heard, the people of the lower bracket feel pretty comfortable with the upper bracket map pool. To further explore this claim, I have created an informative strawpoll.

This weeks upper map pool may be next weeks also.

I will come to a decision tomorrow.

The strawpoll that I made yesterday made it pretty clear that people can play ar9, I'm sorry for looking so unprofessional but I'm going to cut the map pool back to one and play with the upper map pool from round 1. This SHOULD give me a clear indication on what I should do for round 3.

The schedule for round 2 will be out later today as well.

The top half of the tournament has the higher ranked players and lower half the lower ranked, so the extreme cases of this won't happen (until near the finale at least). Do like the idea of having different pools for each bracket.

I was able to clear my opponents top play songs and we are 20k rank different. As long as the maps in my match are sub 4.5 star I think will be fun will both of us.

Interesting tourney. I wonder how rank restrictions could be improved, since people may enter at 25k+, but by the time of the tourney, they're 20k. Assuming you can really make any restrictions in that manner besides controlling the start time.

The op has been updated with the map pool and timetable for the semi finals.
Please note that this round is a bo9 which means first to 5.

Map pack will come out as soon as it finished uploading ^.^


It's also very interesting that we haven't had a tie breaker all tournament yet... Maybe this is the round?

Hello all, I have updated the op with the grand final night timetable, the map pool, and the tournament prizes.
Anyone who wants participate in the grand final showmatches can, and are encouraged. The way the showmatches will work is going to be on a first come first serve basis, all you have to do is PM me with your name and the opponent you want to vs. Depending on the amount of participants, you will only get to play one or two maps so have them prepared. The showmatches are open to anyone from any country, you just need to be online at the time of them.

I have also made a form to keep you in the know about the next tournament. You can view this here

Thank you for bearing with me through the past few weeks, I have enjoyed organizing this and I hope you all have had fun playing in it!

Note: The grand final will get delayed by a week if I do not get the osu!tourney client by Saturday evening.
