Working in design

I can't figure out the design page. Seriously. I've put sprites in, but I can't do ANYTHING with it. I'll move it or something but it gets deselected. When I click it on the right I get moved back to a place. I really don't understand. Is there a guide or something? I've searched for it but I can't find anything T_T Any help would be much appreciated

Yes there is actually. Check under the Storyboarding section.

Sorry for the double post, but I've run into a problem: Osu! opens my BG image as ... nothing. I've inserted the background like five times and all I get is ... black. It was working fine before but when I tried to change it this happened ... is it something to do with the file type or something? It's a JPEG but I think it should work fine ... any help please? :S
