[resolved] [Skins] skin.ini double new lines

Problem Details:
as the title says, whenever updating the mania configuration/keybinding, sounds like the skin.ini got duplicate new lines which looks annoying for me though...

@OP: Could you provide the full original skin.ini?

Does it look like that in other text editing programs?

oh lol, looks like i should fix it on my own side,
the skin.ini is auto generated and resulting in macintosh file ending (CR + CR-LF) combination which results osu reads as CRLF x2

invalid ._.)
