For all difficulties:
01:26:678 - Add an uninherited timing point with 100BPM, along with an SV of 0.86x to normalize the scroll speed.
01:26:828 - Add an uninherited timing point with 80BPM, along with an SV of 1.07x.
01:27:015 - Add an uninherited timing point with 64BPM, along with an SV of 1.34x.
01:27:093 - Add an uninherited timing point with 55BPM, along with an SV of 1.56x.

For HD:
Snap the notes in between 01:26:678 and 01:27:015 to 1/8, with the ones after 01:27:015 to 1/12.

Apply Ayano's mod first before doing this, though.
