00:44:462 (2) - Sounds really strange to have a whistle on the slider track but have silent slider sliders. Applies to other uses later on.
01:11:286 (1) - Maybe try to smooth this slider out so it's not at such a sharp angle? Try using two anchor points, maybe.
Eh, mostly minor cosmetic stuff.

Wait, was this supposed to bridge the difficulty gap between heavenly and normal? Feels really similar to Heavenly due to the same slider speed and difficulty settings. Maybe lower the hp drain and the accuracy window.
Diff itself is fine, though as I said, feels like a clone of heavenly minus jumps and length, really.
