The mp3 got modified to support the 1/3 on that beat (00:40:578 - )
Try it and listen to it after redownload.

Note: I also made the OD and HP 5 so it balances the set better as Normal is OD/HP4.

One more note: Are you sure you want to use Ar5.5 for normal and 8.3 for hard? They seem way too high imo. 5 and 7-8 seem more ideal.

The artist goes by both Magic! and MAGIC!, it's most likely MAGIC! as that is what their advertising and most metadata goes by.
The background chosen is meant to fit a "relationship" between the characters, and is a bit more appealing to look at than the official album background.
The .005 in the BPM is necessary, as it does change by a few MS by the end of it.

I don't like the hitsounding but Lanturn did, so... it's pretty much intentional.
