This IS a stream. Not all streams need to be moving, stacked streams are fun too.

-great beginner map! I suck at mapping such easy maps, congrats for this!

- 00:32:975 - this part is not so well for a slider, what about 7 normal circles in a big curve?
- 01:06:206 - same
- end is mapped very funny, nice! ;)

hard
- 00:30:513 (4,5) - this sound for me like it should be 1, a bit longer slider, like the slider in the next combo
- 00:40:975 (1) - sounds...wrong...maybe just 3 circles?

The ending of the Insanity diff is always going to be an issue to me, because what I want to do with it I don't think is 100% playable, I will have a mess around with it and see what I can come up with though

The second note of each triple is mapped to a faintish note which can be kind of difficult to hear, but it IS there, the triples match that and I feel as though it fits the map nicely. No change.

Audio criteria: Your mp3 needs to be between 128 and 192 kbps, it is 204, make sure you change it or find a better version, make sure to resnap all the timing points and notes in every difficulty after changing the offset due to the change on the mp3. This is necessary.

Only modding this diff because I don't have much time to be on osu, along with I find the Easy Difficulty being the biggest let down of the mapset (no offense).

Also, add a red timing point to offset: 29283 with bpm of 195.00? That would fix the mispositioned kiai time/downbeat.
I also think you should resize the Background so it's either 1366x768 for widescreen.
Uncheck Widescreen support as this is only necessary if you have a storyboard
Also uncheck Letterbox during breaks as you have no breaks across all difficulties
Add an Audio Offset of 2000. The difficulty starts very close to the start of the mp3 so a delay needs to be added. This can be done by editing the .osu files img
in the tags, what does hakurei style have to do with the mapset? :?

There is ALOT wrong with this difficulty, most of which due to sloppy patterns/blankets and overlaps, I won't recommend a full remap, since it structurally has the makings of a good map, there is alot of work to be done. I might not mention every overlap, but a fix is definitely needed.

00:08:975 (3) - Would probably looks better at x:196, y:88
00:11:436 (3,4) - Slight overlap
00:15:129 (1) - Rotate to blanket around 00:16:360 (3) -
