It's simple. When someone is muted and someone other want to pm him an automatic reply will appear.
"Nickname is muted for 666 minutes"

If you send a private message to the user who got silenced, you'll get a red message like...
"drum drum has been silenced and is unable to respond to your messages."

Else, if you're requesting to add the duration of the silence, it's not necessary. You can just check the user's profile at the web.

We'll stick to the option to check out their profile how long they're silenced. It's enough to be notified they're unable to chat/reply.
