I added a little render, just so it would be less plain, I hope you don't mind ;;
About the animation, I'm not really an expert when it comes to it, but I tried doing some 'extra effects' like you asked.
I still have the .psd file, so if you want me to remove the animation, just tell me, but I'm not keeping PS open forever, so make up your mind haha ; ;

I made two versions, one with the size you requested [though I do not recommend using this one because the quality will lower down quite a bit]and another one with the standard osu! size which'll fit perfectly [I recommend using this one since the quality won't drop at all]

Nope, because if I do, the image will change quality from good to bad, so.
These are perfectly good and fit for a osu! avatar.

Yeah, if you request the same image on multiple threads. I could make you a signature or banner with that image, or you could give me another image so I can make you an avatar.
Another alternative would be cancelling the request on Mirchi's thread so I can do yours.
