Delete all non-inherited timing sections (the red ones) and just add these values:

Offset: 1636

1) Resnap all notes (Timing > Resnap All Notes)
2) Press Ctrl+A (you'll select all the hitobjects)
3) Move these hitobjects dragging the first slider here: 00:14:826
4) Add a inherit section (=green section) here: 00:14:496 with a 0,5 BPM
5) Add a 1,0x BPM section here: 00:49:143

All but these are done. I also did not modify the sliders under another slider if the ends were sticking out, the approach circles and the slider leg should be enough of a warning. (reasons I hold to myself)

Thanks for asking. Just making it clear, I'd prefer it being quite a bit different from my own, to accept different playing and modding styles. I would hope you would understand. Mixes are acceptable too if I like it! ^-^

Interesting song. The sudden whiplash in tone scared me a little. Not kidding. It also sorta caught me off guard, what with the BPM change.

General Notes
You don't use Spinners anywhere. That's eliminating a (arguably good) part of the game. Look below for spinner suggestions in blue. You can decide whether or not you want to put any of the suggestions in.
The song is pretty long. I'm surprised Insane only has a 5 million max score. This is entirely my opinion, since it's still at under 10 million, so you don't need to do anything. In fact, FORGET I SAID ANYTHING SCRIBBLE THAT OUT
