If you want to increase the DS, you can increase once or twice, but not while a whole section. I think it works here as a difficulty curve into the Hard diff, which has a lot of varying spacing. This works for me as changes to each song section, which are more intuitive to me than having quick spacing changes.
00:32:265 - Adding a circle here won't be so empty. The vocal is strong, would be a good idea :c I like the break here without the vocal since the percussive noises stop

My recommendation would be to not use 1/4 kick sliders, but if you really want, try something like this. It's less confusing. I think this is fine since it obeys polarity switching pretty well, so it's actually not that bad to hit.
03:24:144 (1) - Not sure why the 3/4 rhythm here. If you were trying to follow vocal, it starts on the red tick. Of course, there's a beat on the blue tick but you can't hear it properly on 100% and the strong beat is on the white tick. Would recommend to put on the white tick like you did with the rest.
I like the 3/4 here
