01:14:896 (4,5) - Add a small jump here, since this part is stronger. Because of a 1/1 stack and the spacing of 3/4 rhythm, I would say add a jump at 01:14:896 (4,5) will be a confusing pattern here. There is better not to change the DS often if the rhythm is a bit complex, it is a Hard diff after all.
02:01:813 (2,3,4) - This is really confusing. While testplaying I accidentally clicked it like 1/2. Would recommend to increase their DS, but if you really want to keep them, stack with 02:01:137 (1) - , it's more readable if you stack. The pattern and the rhythm appeared 01:58:204 (2,3,4) before that, it means "a hint" (Also the hitsound is a hint.). A player whose rank is #20000 played this diff first time and she clicked 02:01:813 (2,3,4) perfectly. I don't think the pattern is confusing.
04:07:001 (3,4) - Don't add a jump here, the emphasis is really really low, and it's decreasing, not increasing. Stack these with 04:06:550 (1,2) - or put it near it, but don't make a jump. I guess you know the vocal here is 100% until the end of the song but just the volume of the music lower, right ? Also it is always a good choice while using the jump at the song end (it shows an ending effect). I prefer my patterns here.
03:48:505 (1,2,3) - Increase the DS here? The emphasis is the same as 03:46:701 (1,2,3) - and you used an anti-jump. If there are so many big jumps, but an anti-jump appears and the rhythm changed, it will be a "strong emphasis" for me. But the major reason why I use it is I want to make a "stop effect" to match the clap, it has the pattern here quite different, too.

02:04:520 (5) - Even if the vocal starts on the red tick, the stronger beat is on the big white tick, try to add 2 circles instead of a slider starting on a red tick or you can do like you did here 02:01:137 (6) - . I did it because I wanted to remind players that "I don't follow bala ba ba ba here" (The rhythm has been changed), and the slider match the vocal well.
03:05:874 (6) - This Whistle here sounds a bit exaggerated, since there's no strong beat here and the "oh" part is really soft. Would be better to remove it. Because I wanna follow the beat at 03:05:949, I wanna use whistle here to make hitsound not that empty. [Compare to 02:57:979 (4,5,6) and 03:01:588 (5,6,7)]

Spacing errors in Easy/Normal
They need to use consistent distance snap throughout. If there's a longer pause between two objects, distance snap may be ignored if the next object is visible only after the first object is done.
