selection-mod-target is missing
might be better to make the fail look less like the pass. maybe just change the blue glow to red?

i'm so sorry but i probably wont be skinning for a really long while due to two main reasons:
1) major hiatus on osu due to being unmotivated
2) busy with real life
I'll add modes to my skins and start more projects when I get back to osu T^T
