Your combo color doesn't feel really natural to me. So here's a few example of how I would improve it and see if you're ok with it.
As you see I'm just following the stronger beats, or the stronger part in the vocal.
About your hitsounds.. I don't really agree with everything. It's a bit subjective, but I still think it can be improved.
Well basically, if you fix your NCs it will be way easier for you to find the same finishes than me. After that, I sort of feel that there's a lack of structure between your claps and whistles. For example: 01:11:818 (1) - Take this part, remove all your hitsounds (on the red tick included) and try something like this:
01:11:818 (1) - Finish on the start. 01:12:162 (2) - Clap on the start. 01:12:507 (3) - whistle. 01:12:852 (5) - clap. 01:13:025 (6) - Clap or finish as you prefer on the start, and in any case, you could even add a finish on the end to customize a bit. I think it feels more constructed than "lots of whistles at the beginning, and lots of clap at the end" and I'm just following the music. After that, as I said, hitsounds is a subjective thing.
Ok, now the important things, the rythme/flow etc.

- 00:16:645 (3) - NC (and im this case, remove NC 00:16:300 (1) - here obviously)
- 00:19:404 (6) - ^ remove here 00:19:749 (1) -
- 00:20:783 (4) - NC remove here 00:21:645 (1) -
- 00:22:162 (4) - NC
- 00:26:300 (7) - NC remove here 00:26:645 (1) -
- 00:27:680 (4) - NC remove 00:28:025 (1) -
- 00:28:714 (3) - NC remove 00:29:921 (1) -
- 00:30:438 (3) - NC
- 00:31:818 (2) - NC remove here 00:31:645 (1) -
- 00:55:266 (5) - NC (and then from this part, kiai included, it's getting better)
- 01:25:438 (1) - not here though, remove NC and add it 01:25:611 (2) - here, you even put a finish on the slider...
- 00:35:956 (2) - Add a NC on all those parts cause new SV (this isn't subjective and you should really fix those)
- 00:36:645 (3) - Add NC here too to follow the "Yaaaay"
- 00:37:335 (4) - Then obviously here too cause new rythme.
- 01:53:887 (2) - Here too! (well I think you got it now xD)
- 02:11:473 (7) - NC ?
- 02:15:266 (2) - NC cause new SV
- 02:35:611 (5) - NC? cause you added one here 02:25:611 (1) -
- 02:36:645 (6) - nc cause new sv
- 00:33:714 (5) - Add NC here instead of 00:33:800 (1) - here? It's a bit tricky the way you did
As you see I'm just following the stronger beats, or the stronger part in the vocal.

- 00:14:921 (3) - Add a whistle at the tail? To follow the whistle in the song.
- 00:19:404 (6) - I'd rather put a whistle or even a finish than a clap.
- 00:24:921 (1) - Finish instead of clap
- 00:27:680 (4) - ^
- 00:30:438 (3) - ^
- 00:33:197 (2) - ^
- 00:33:887 (2) - ^ (maybe)
- 00:35:956 (2) - Instead of 5% the end of the slider you should just put soft as sampleset (volume under 20% is supposed to be unrankable by the way).
- 00:37:680 (5) - This one is a clap ?
- 00:47:680 (2) - ^
- 01:11:818 (1) - Finish instead.

- 00:13:714 (3) - Not mean to change it. But keep in mind that I totally understand the fact that you're following vocal, but you also miss the first beat of the song with this reverse. (If somehow, you want to change it, think about adding a NC on this beat instead of here 00:14:231 (1) - )
- 00:42:162 (2) - Put it around x436 y72 so it will follow the movement.
- 01:55:438 (1) - I would remove and add a 1/1 slider from 01:55:266 (6) - here. To recall 01:54:576 (4) -
