I'm not so sure with the timing points that change the hitsounds to whistles. for e.g when i was looking at the Salad diff it sounded better removing the ones such as at 00:32:813 -. but that's just my opinion :3.
This song has a video credits outro right? Try find the video and include it in :D.
I will try my best to boost Rain 0.24 more to reach that "I" icon x3

00:07:659 (3) - this note seems too easy. Imo the flow and placement would be better at x:300 y:256 giving it a glide

00:23:813 (3) - move 3 right a bit for a nicer jump. Might i suggest x:316 y:136 (or further right maybe)
00:39:621 (2) - since the 3 slow notes here are well... slower i think you can make 2 pushed over to the left more for a better jump between them.
00:44:352 (3) - would be better if (3) and (4) were space out more. Try (3) as x:280 y:272 and (4) x:132 y:252
00:44:813 (1) - ctrl + h this and put at x:0 y:307. Feels like a nice jumps and fits the music nice too (just felt like there should have been a hyper near the start of kiai and chorus)

01:19:775 (6,1) - I don't really like the pattern here. While the song has a calm flow you force unnatural movement here. Rotate the slider's tail to x:144 instead.

00:55:890 (1,2) - The distance here is a little harsh. Please lower it a little bit. It would be nice at (or lower) 2.0x.
