Not my type of mapping style, but you did a nice job mapping this. Since the mapping style is too confusing for me to mod it, I won't be able to help you out on this one. Sorry :(

* Let me confirm metadata (Official site: http://yuruyuri.com/ ) with someone can speak Japanese, since I can't.
* Found that the hitbursts (300k, 300, 100k etc) are a bit larger than the common and, then, possibly covering several parts and/or possibly making a bit more hard to read (specially Hard/Insane). Could be possible reduce their images (I'm saying about their area size) by 15~25%.

[Normal]
00:15:935 (2,4) - Very confusing. You can make some change here. As a suggestion: change 00:15:935 (2) - to a curve like this > http://puu.sh/hYGcI/195b2916bf.jpg < and everything in this part will be made clearer.

♥ 00:16:620 (3,4,5,6) - I liked this, and fits very well with the song feelings. Don't change it please.

All other diffs very good.

As said, after changes, allow some waiting while we'll be checking carefully for metadata, so call me back.

General Comments:
  1. Song Folder: No issues with mp3 or BG, skin sets complete... I'm no expert on skinning, but the hitcircles and approachcircles look kinda fuzzy - is this intentional? It looks a little weird to me considering you're using the default slider track, which is more crisp, but like I said, I'm no expert - just something I thought I should point out.
  2. Song Setup: AR spread is quite steep between Normal and Hard (4/7.5), so I would try AR7 for Hard to even it out a little. Also, both Hard and Insane are OD6, while the Normal is OD4 - OD5 for Hard perhaps?
  3. Metadata: I trust Lanturn (:
  4. Timing: No issues, but the first note is at 1535ms, and you should have at least 2000ms leadin. To fix this, open up the .osu file for each diff in a text editor and find "AudioLeadIn: 0" under General. Just change this to 500 for all diffs
  5. Hitsounds: No Issues
  6. AImod: No issues
Difficulty-Specific Comments:

Easy:
  1. 00:12:506 (1,2) - These aren't quite parallel - rotate the tail of (2) 2 degrees clockwise
  2. 00:17:992 (5) - I'd NC here, since you're following a consistent NC pattern every 8 beats throughout
  3. 00:26:220 (3) - ^
  4. 00:42:677 (3,4) - Blanket looks slightly neater if you move the grey nodes a little - on (4), move the middle node to [240,160] and the tail node to [308,180]. Then replace (3) with a copy/paste of (4) starting at [372,300]
  5. 00:45:420 (1) - If you do the above, rotate the tail on this slider 3 degrees clockwise to remake the blanket
  6. 00:55:020 (1,2) - Same as for 00:12:506 (1,2) - this time rotate the tail of (2) 1 degree clockwise
  7. 01:00:506 (1) - Consider moving the red node so that the direction change occurs at 01:01:020 for the prominent vocal note - I moved it to [124,300], which results in no changes to DS - https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/3212034
  8. 01:08:735 (1) - Move this to [171,138] so that it stacks with the tail of 01:05:992 (1) and also to make a better blanket with 01:07:363 (2)
Normal:
  1. The introduction of 1/2 triples like 00:13:192 (2,3,4) really creates a huge step up from Easy, where you only used 1/1 on a few repeat sliders. I feel it would be better to replace these with repeating 1/2 sliders instead of circles to spread the difficulty more evenly
  2. 00:06:335 (5) - Blanket could be improved - try moving the central node to [78,208] and the tail node to [52,156]
  3. 00:15:249 (1,2) - Any reason for the reduction in DS between these two? It's small, but noticeable. I'd rotate (2) 2 degrees anticlockwise and move to [224,145]
  4. 00:39:935 (1,2) - As I suggested in the Easy, you could move the red node slightly so that it coincides with the strong vocal notes at 00:40:449 and 00:41:820 - for (1), I moved the red node to [378,104], and then you can just copy/paste, rotate 180 degrees and Ctrl+G to do the same for (2)
  5. 00:42:677 (1,2) - ^ You could consider doing something similar to these sliders, with the red node at either the first white tick or second red tick for the vocal note in each case
  6. 00:53:649 (3,5) - Are these supposed to be blanketed? They look a little untidy, I'd either blanket them, or move them apart to make it more obvious that they're not supposed to be blanketed
  7. 01:01:192 (2,3) - Blanket could be improved - I rotated (2) 2 degrees clockwise and (3) 3 degrees clockwise. Then, to make the DS consistent, move (3) to [84,254]
  8. 01:17:649 (3) - Move to [300,49] to create better blankets with 01:16:963 (1,4)
Hard:
  1. Why the huge jump in SV between Normal and this diff, and why is it the same SV as in the Insane? The high SV when used with low DS in the intro and outro sections felt very uncomfortable to play for me. There were a number of stop/start passages in the flow, such as 00:01:877 (2,3,4,5,6) - where I found it very easy to overshoot or click too early. Changing the SV on the whole diff would require a remap, which we'd obviously like to avoid, so maybe you could use a lower SV multiplier or higher DS in just these sections to make them feel more intuitive to play?
  2. 00:04:277 (9,1) - Swap NC on these, since (9) is on the downbeat, and has a prominent vocal note + finish hitsound
  3. 00:07:020 (8,1) - ^ and also at 01:19:705 (9,1) - 01:22:448 (8,1) -
  4. 00:11:306 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3) - Just my personal opinion, but these linear streams feel a bit plain - perhaps curve them into two semicircles? - https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/3212212
  5. 00:24:849 (1,2,3) - How about Ctrl+J this and move to somewhere like [220,40]? It feels like it provides a little more variety to me, although you might want to Ctrl+H 00:26:220 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) if you do this to avoid an unreasonable jump
  6. 01:12:506 (3,4) - Adding clap to these two might sound good, it's similar to what you do at 01:13:877 (4)
  7. 01:24:505 (1) - Is the NC here for the jump? I don't feel it's really necessary, but either way there should be a NC on 01:25:191 (3) - for the downbeat, prominent vocal note + clap hitsound
Insane:
  1. 00:44:906 (3,4) - Is 4.97x DS intentional here? It's a calm section of the song, and in my opinion, (4) is no more prominent a note that either of (2,3), so I'd reduce the spacing here
  2. 01:02:563 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - This stream looks a bit weird to me - I'm not sure what the zig-zag spacing is supposed to represent... You use a tight linear pattern for the same section of music repeated at 01:13:535 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) which looks better to me
This is all from me. Personally I feel this mapset could be improved further, but I'm not going to pop the bubble because a lot of the stuff I've suggested is subjective/my own personal opinion, and another BN might feel differently, which is totally fine. Personally I feel this mapset could be improved further, but I'm not going to pop the bubble because a lot of the stuff I've suggested is subjective/my own personal opinion, and another BN might feel differently, which is totally fine. 00:21:249 - It is strange that you make the notes flow to the bottom left here so it would directionally flow, but not at 00:20:563 -, 00:57:592 - , etc.
00:24:506 - Might cause confusion for the difficulty level
00:25:877 - ^ Just to add on, its artsy and nice, but it might confuse a noob player who is playing this
00:47:649 - Im not sure if you did this on purpose, but there is a clickable note here. You might want to change up the pattern of beats to make this in the song somehow.
01:06:677 - Could be slightly moved down for better blanket

  4. 00:09:763 (1) - I can't agree that you only use 2/1 reverse slider here and ignore the strong beats, even though it's easy it's important to emphasize strongs beats, suggesting make 1/1 slider and 3/4 slider
  5. Can't find anything wrong but seems pretty boring to play each objects have the same gap and no variation of rhythms, maybe this type of easy is not my taste just saying

  3. 00:07:020 (1) - How about placing this circle where 00:06:335 (8)'s end was?
  4. 00:10:106 (2) - I don't find this clap to be appropriate for this part. A hitfinish sounds much more fitting so try it out.
  5. 00:11:306 (6,1) - Hmm I'm not sure about this comboing you made here. I'd rather add NC to 00:11:306 (6) and remove NC from 00:11:820 (1). Keeping it as a whole single combo sounds more accordingly to the music to me.
  6. 00:13:363 (4) - I find this slider's end to be placed in a bad spot. Makes the pattern look clustered and not flow that well imo. I'd rather move the endpoint to somewhere like this:

  18. 01:02:563 - I think you could add here (and in your other difficulties) a green line without kiai time and another one at 01:03:249 with kiai time on again. Kiai fountains are nice and emphasize how the chorus repeats all over for the last time.

    You should also consider adding drum hitsounds like in Karia's Hard. These sound great with the instrumental.
