Wondering what kind of shortcuts we have

Except for ones that we can personalize in "change keyboard bindings"
For the moment I know:
shift+tab to hide in game blood groove (dunno how to say in english) accuracy, score and stuff
ctrl+shift+alt+s to refresh skin

What else do we have?

alt f4 is to close game

alt enter is to toggle between fullscreen and windowed mode

I like using middle click to pause the game quickly (although I'm sure you're all very well trained in hitting that esc key super fast)

Numpad 1 is pause
Numpad 0 is skip
Down and right arrow keys are left and right click.
Left arrow key is snow

add alt to increase/decrease it by 1ms at a time instead of 5.
