Hi! This is my first attempt ever at making a map so don't expect too much^^

- extra -
This is a 174bpm stream and jump heavy map made for above average (10k+) players, it has 2000+ combo and I've tried my best to make a bit of storyboarding (also first attempt).

update 23/03 started mapping new diff
This is going to be a ~5 star map with 1500 combo. There will be shorter streams and smaller jumps. Aiming at 20k-ish players and higher with mods.

  1. 00:09:883 (6) - Personal opinion to stack this with 00:09:711 (5), since the music sounds like 00:09:366 (3,4,5,6) is the first part and 00:10:056 (7,8,9) the second part, and then moving onto the next object may play better. An alternate way would be to replace 00:09:711 (5,6) with a 1/2 slider, to match the pattern of 00:10:401 (9)
  2. 00:34:711 I think since this is pretty much an extra, and that the song seems like it, adding a hitcircle here would be better.
  3. 00:44:538 (5,6) - Something like this would be better and matches the pattern above, plus increase the spacing of them from 00:44:194 (3,4)
  4. 00:44:883 (7,8) - Same as above. Recommended 160|336 110|296 for 7 and 8 respectively.
  5. 01:36:952 (1) - The NC isn't really needed here, and feels inconsistent with the previous combos
  6. 01:51:263 (1) - Not recommended to end the slider on a strong beat, shorten the end of the slider to the previous red tick and place a hitcircle at 01:52:556 instead. Like this:
  7. 01:54:194 (9) - Add NC here, otherwise it's be too long, and rather inconsistent with previous sections of the song.
  8. 01:56:780 (10) - Here the slider ends on a strong beat, which I wouldn't recommend either. Try this:
    Also, in the above image, 01:56:952 (1) is NC because to keep consistency as well
  9. 01:59:711 (7) - NC here as well, same reasons...

    Actually, I suggest you check your comboing, since I think they should be kept consistent through the whole song. Especially starting 02:12:814 , where the combo is rather long.

  10. 02:05:745 (11,12,13) - These 3 are too widely spaced when considering the previous streams

    Up to this point, I can't really mod this, so I'll just leave a general comment here:
  11. It seems that your jumps are pretty random, and I'm not too familiar with that at the moment (sorry), so I'd suggest asking someone more experienced.
  12. Additionally, try to reference patterns from other mappers' maps to make the map more appealing to players.

00:17:642 (9,10,11,12) - the map will look a lot cleaner if you straighten sliders like these out.
00:30:573 (2,3,4,5,6) - these jumps arent too bad ayy
00:37:612 - add a note
00:43:849 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - make the snap more consistant for a buildup like this
01:05:918 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16) - could add some reverse sliders because this stream will kill people.
01:18:504 (3,4) - snap is consistent but timing isn't
01:33:504 (1,2) - these sliders are so awkward. you should move 01:33:849 (2) - somewhere farther away
02:13:159 (5) - if your gonna space the streams nc them
02:14:797 (24) - big combo
you're going to what to make new combos more often
04:06:952 (12,13,14,15) - should keep these consistantly pointing in or out
good jumps but make sure the streams are reflecting the music and not being added gratuitously cause you'll get lots off over mapping hate.

Ouch and you have to set preview by going to timing/*bottom button*. I reccomend 01:08:332 . Sorry for not notice earlier :lol:
