[Archived] Unable to correctly start Osu!

Problem Details: Just reïnstalled my desktop. But can't seem to solve this problem, Tried reinstalling, didn't fix it. Any idea's ?

If there is a possibility to change the resolution from the files, I'm willing to give it a try.

Hold the left shift button while attempting to run osu! and a small recovery dialog will pop up.

I got into osu! But I can't log in, nor can I change options.

are you still on OpenGl? Get on DirectX to make that go away

can't open it with DirectX gives me an error that my GPU doesn't support it. Idek. It always worked previously..

Tried (re)installing your GPU drivers? Or doing a system restore for that matter. Also install all windows updates while you're at it.
Basically I think it's likely you're missing some required software to run the game (in directx) properly.

Drivers are up-to-date. Already checked it.

Using the Standard GPU coming with a Medion Akoya. (I have no idea)

As for the osu version, It says it's up-to-date, but I can't see what version I have.

If you're using opengl you should check that the frame limiter isn't the problem. You haven't explained why you can't use options.
