I've tried downloading it for a couple days now, and i'm not sure if it's me or just the link that's not working. I've downloaded probably 200 other songs in the passed few days and haven't had any trouble. I'd really appreciate if someone could help me out ^_^. Thanks!

Try seeing if that link works. I tried it; but it's not working for me...the mirror holding the song must be down.
The song, however, is in S162. Download that Beatmap pack if you want it.
