Actually I cannot find exact problems in this diff but it gives me a feeling that...it's not tidy enough and the rhythm is a little bit weird.
I'm not sure whether it is because I've got used to some particular mapping styles so I suggest that you find several players to test this diff. If the majority of them think it's ok then no problem~
Making an insane diff is difficult for a new mapper including me,so always learn from ranked maps~

Conclusion: The main problems that are present it this difficulty are usualy:
a) many messy looking patterns. (most including circles)
b) there needs to be more longer sliders (mostly in the chorus/kiai ).
c) the flow of the map is weird at a number of places.
I can ensure you that fixing these problems will make your difficulty much better, both by appearance and play-wise~

Regarding the slider to circle suggestion for 01:43:242 (4) - it pretty depends on you, but I just feel strange when playing this part - i'm following the vocals through sliders and suddenly a slider with no vocals. So.. :3 Decided to change it to circles after thinking about it. xD

01:47:093 (1) - This slider pretty much stands out from the rest. It looks so different when compared with 01:47:296 (2,3,4) . Dunno why but please try your best to make it fit into them ;; It feels so bad to be boycotted. I don't see how it stood out. ;w;

02:07:161 (8) - This slider looks a little strange . Doesn't blanket well with 02:07:769 (9) . Fixed!

[General suggestions for both of you]

1. You should try to make your maps less repetitive. After a while the player will get bored :/ So try new patterns once in awhile (every 40 seconds should be enough)
2. You should try also to make more order in your patterns: often you find the right pattern to express the passage but the pattern is quite disordered. Also, order means cleaning: try to make cleaner patterns
3. Pay attention to the downbeats: a lot of times I saw sliders starting at the wrong beat. To solve this problem is enough to testplay your map often and everything will be un-revealed
4. Remember to do the hitsounding :3

Alright, we already discussed about this and we decided that I should try to map a Hard or a Normal.
When we discussed this, tho, I was already doing an Insane so I tried to do a Normal after that, but the result was quite horrible for my standards, taht's why I deleted my own monster. If you want I still have the Insane because I really liked to map it (and maybe you can use it as a reference, who knows...)

It is almost a minute of mapping, but it isn't much :/

Anyway, with this said I won't make that GD seeing the bad results, sorry xD

Here I mean that sliders and streams have a similar "concept" regarding the ticks where you place them. Let me explain: usually, the downbeat (the strongest beat) in on white ticks. If you place a slider or a stream on red ticks when there isn't any strong beat, it will feel strange (unless you put hitsounds on it). So don't start streams or sliders on red ticks unless you can play it and feel it normal

The best option is to change the basic Slider Velocity from the Timing screen (F3). You'll have to resnap all sliders after doing this tho... :/
