-For future reference I think you should use a faster slider velocity. The sliders are really short and it doesn't look as nice as it could be (especially for Normal). Also, try different slider shapes other than Vs, curves, and straights. I think waves would make a nice addition for this song.

-Some of the NCs look pretty disconnected (flow-wise) from the previous combos.
00:08:721 (3,1,2,3) - I think this would look nicer if you blanket the slider around 1
00:21:701 (1,2,1) - good spot for blanket
00:27:759 (4,1) - curve slider down so that it flows better into 1
00:30:644 (1,2) - make a copy of 1 then flip/rotate it
00:31:509 (2,3,4) - watch DS, turn off grid snap (I recommend not using grid snap unless you need perfect symmetry and DS wont be noticeable)

I am finally back and would like to apologize to all the modders who did not get kudos and a reply :|:? . [RE: Easy]

  1. Really not recommend to use AR 0 even it's a slow song, I would suggest to use about 1.5-2.5 for this diff.
  2. 00:17:086 (1) - You need to leave at least 4 white ticks(or 2 on low bpm songs) after a spinner to be considered rankable, this is to provide enough recovery time for players. In this case, I suggest using a long sliderart instead of a spinner since the spinner itself is quite short already, like what you did on 00:54:009 (1) .
  3. 00:28:625 (1,1) - Would be nice if you can make them pararell completely.
  4. 01:05:548 (1,2) - Ctrl+G rhythm? This way a 1/1 repeat slider would match the vocal properly.


Actually slider velocity in Easy is so low that I almost fall asleep while modding lol

  1. 00:17:086 (1) - Same as Easy, it's quite risky to leave just 1 tick at this bpm so better use a slider instead.


Sry I'm pretty tired so I'll stop here, overall the map looks fine but could have been a lot better if SV in Easy and Normal are higher than this.
Anyways the main concern of this mapset is the star rating spread, hard is a lot harder than normal, my suggestion here is either make an "Advanced" diff or reduce some big spacings in Hard like 00:24:009 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) for example. Or you can just revamp Easy and Normal with a higher SV, but that's the hard way of course.

Sorry for nearly putting to sleep lol :P but many of the previous modders have all suggested the slider velocity of 0.9 so i think i'll stick with it for now

I know the difficulty spread isn't the best but is the issue so bad that it won't get ranked because of that? Cause i've seen much bigger normal to hard difficulty jumps :?:

  4. 00:31:942 (4,5,1,2) - this beat is really weird. And look! 00:35:692 (1,2) - blueline. :idea: My suggestion is: Shorten 00:34:971 (5) - by 1/4 so it ends on blue line, then move 00:35:548 (1,2) - forward by 1/4 also. Then probably move (3) to 00:36:701 (3) - , and add a note on 00:37:278 (4) -
    I just pute (4) and (5) on top of each other.
  5. 00:44:490 (5,6,1,2,3,4,5) - this looks rather crumpled and *really* confusing, consider deleting some notes e.g. 00:45:211 (2) - and 00:45:788 (4) -
  6. 00:47:086 (1) - I really don't like the sv change here. It looks like 1/4 note while it is in fact 1/2, and nobody would expect that SV change since the beat is still strong there. I would suggest just delete that greenline and make that slider a normal SV. The DS is also messed up, if you make the SV lower there, then the spacing between 00:47:086 (1,2,3) - should be really close as well.
  7. And I think the SV of 00:47:951 (3) - is too slow.

- Lololol AR0. Raise it to 1 or 2 or something. The gap to normal is too big

00:22:855 (4) - Repeating slider doesn't make sense here? Because the vocal line there ends on a blue tick, not white. You could replace the slider with something like this

00:26:028 (6) - The break can be confusing to hard players, maybe add something to fill this. Or make the slider repeat, so that it seems like a sudden stop instead of needing to continue. Up to your opinion

00:34:105 (3) - Note is placed directly over a slider start. Players playing hard might not be able to read this. You could artificially stack the note over the slider.

I guess with this diff. you're focusing more on the background instruments? I think idk correct me if i'm wrong. But, you should lean more towards the vocals as they're more potent than the background instruments.

first off this is not normal :( it's an easy. try increasing the diff. (but don't exaggerate to increase it) normal star rating is 1.50 to 2.25 I believe.

00:14:778 (1,2,3,4) - Change these into something that more matches the song. Like this

00:31:798 (2,3) - Same as ^^above. Change to something that more matches the song

00:32:951 (1) - You can def. add a slider here on the red and blue tick before the slider, or maybe even 2 notes that stack on the slider. Makes sense + heightens the diff.

00:49:105 (4) - You can add a note here. Adds to the rhythm and matches the vocals

00:50:403 (2) - Can easily be replaced with this more matching the vocals, and keeping the same style.

01:00:932 (1,2) - Weird change in slider direction can confuse a normal player, but I don't think it has to be changed. Just wanted to point it out, it's a bit weird.

Same as before, but lesser. Focus a bit more on vocals rather than repeating patterns. Repeating the patterns in a song that is not very repetitive makes the map a bit boring to play (even in songs that are repetitive, it's boring but at least it makes more sense). Not repeating the patterns can let you make the map more dynamic, allow places for the map to be harder if you need it to be, etc. So ya try not to repeat patterns (unless you have to, as in it sounds exactly the same as another part of the song), and pay attention to if you're mapping to the potent parts of the song, background of the song or just making a pattern.

00:54:009 (1) - same ^^^. up to opinion again. i actually like how this slider bounces with each tick tho. it's a good way to emphasize beat in easy without making it too hard for the player.

00:26:894 (2) - I think you should place a note where the slider starts, and have the slider start where it would repeat. pic cause i cant explain ;'(. if you do this flip the slider horizontally and vertically so the slider flows into the rest.

01:05:548 (1) - You could replace with a slider, make the next slider not repeat and move it up. pic; dont copy exactly my example is not good just follow timing if you decide to change

01:23:288 (1) - I would add a new combo here to make the note more impactful and to get rid of the followpoint. just opinion tho

I think I didn't mod easy much because I started out playing osu on hard xd. but I also think this easy is really good. Beats are kept simple + spacing is not too much.

Imo though, you should check your normal/hard diff. for patterns that you have that don't correspond with any part of the song. The patterns are nice, but don't quite fit into the song.
