[invalid] Raw input is enabled by default

Problem Details:

I updated to Windows 8.1 and now if I try to play osu!, raw input is enabled by default. So I now play strange because I had two years playing with disabled raw input. Is there a way to disable it or I need to learn to play osu! with raw input enabled?

osu! version: 20150203.6beta

Do you use mouse or tablet?
If you use tablet, setting sensitivity tob1.00 has the same effect as w/o raw input

Raw input is required on Windows 8.1 due to a bug with the operating system causing ordinary mouse input to go crazy at all sensitivities that aren't 1.0x. Blame Microsoft.
