Problem Details:
osu! will open as Borderless Fullscreen if it's closed and I double-click a .osr file associated to it. In-game resolution displays won't change (it'll show as my previous resolution). If I close and open osu! again, it will still be at Borderless showing as my "normal" resolution.
Edit: Trying to change resolutions got me a black screen, had to restart the game.
