I didn't get the hitsounds so well yet, so i won't say anything about it here, i'll try to figure it out later.
00:26:880 (2) - Try reducing one repeat, it's pretty much the same, but i would do it :3
01:33:480 (3,4,5,6) - This sound weird. Try adding a note in 01:34:080 and moving the 5 for the next white tick

Some jumps such as 00:55:230 (1,2) aren't a bit too hard for a hard diff?

I'm with Natteke on this one, I prefer the insane with a bigger circle size as in your other maps >:

I don't really like the small circles in Insane. I do; however, love Hard. It is by far the best map I have played in recent months. The BPM for DT is perfect, the hitsounds are amazing, and the patterns and sliders are genius.
If this is ever put in Pending, I'll stop by with a mod and a few stars.
