i did not implement most of hard dif's mod. i know what you mean. but hte issue with 4k is obviously limited note placement, the harder the diff is, the less pitch becomes relevant and the more important it is to place note according the pattern and phase. i am focusing the pattern for consistency and representative of the beat of the sound (i.e. 1/4 1/4 or 1/8 or 2/4) but not necessarily the note placement in accordance to the pitch.

00:04:460 (4460|3,4785|0) - Ctrl + H for pitch VVVV. wrong, the pitch is E D C. you're confusing with the beat as well that mask the melody and make it sounds like it's 'higher' pitch wise.

00:15:974 (15974|0) - I think this one finishs on 00:16:055 - Maybe you have to make it a simple note instead an LN (NM diffs with that shorts LN may not be good)
