Check custom.exe, maybe you're dropping 1/2 or 1/3 fps, you need to choose the leftmost option in the last box.
If that's not your problem try playing with 16bits color

I experience problems with MoF as well, but that was until I found the vsync patch.

I downloaded touhou 6 and when i try to run the english patch version, it will load to the very first screen but then it freezes and I cant even get into the menu I need help
