*If you want to add clap to make the beat, I recommend, to add a clap at White & Red Tick
*You Must add "Love Live" in tags , because if not then this Beatmap will not be found if we look for the "Love Live"
*you have to change the offset several times , therefore, if Offset is found and offset it at 00: 00: 720, then try to resnap all notes and sliders manually
as many notes are not included in the the beat , in hard diff
*Uncheck Widescreen support , you dont have a sb

How many times has this been changed!? Nevermind. The correct offset is at 00:00:741.
Also, snap inherited timing sections to the beat, especially kiai time.

01:51:455 (1) - Gotta agree with Ranger. Sounds better. But if you want to keep it like that, you can do (C,N,C,C+F) to sound better.
01:52:455 (1) - Should start at 01:52:741 and still end at 01:57:169.

Just a tip : use New Combos wisely. They should share the same musical thought (for example the verse of a song). And I have the impression that my mod is only that.
Also, claps should be consistent. Like every two beats. Except if you think a clap can go where you want. Just test to see if it works!

Hard
I'm not an expert on this so I can't really help you.
However, I've looked at it and some notes are starting on blue ticks. This song doesn't really works on blue ticks. Place notes on white or red ticks, it works better. This applies to circles and sliders, both start en end of it. Having a note on a blue tick is fine if it's between two notes. However, avoid overmapping. Combos like those should be used wisely, if the song suggests so. Again, test to see if it works.
Also, to make things a bit more difficult, what about a slider velocity of 1,10 ? Just think to resnap the sliders if you do it.
If it had been more clear, maybe I could have modded it further.

Insane
WHAT AM I LOOKING AT I DON'T EVEN. One important thing: no notes during sliders. It becomes unrankable. If you think you can't do it (like you said), try asking in a queue! That is if they do it (read the rules before posting). If someone is asking to do a difficulty for the map, you can let them try and see if it works. Having multiple times the same diff is acceppted id they are different (like insanes from two different mappers).
If you want, I can do one.

There's arleady some ideas in that map! Just try to make some patterns (by that, I mean reorganise the placement of some notes to look good). I'm not an expert on those when modding so I'll leave that to the experts of them. But I can give you one tip: on easier difficulties, avoid overlapping sliders and having one start on the same spot where another ended.
Hope that my tips and (little) mod have been useful!

Last minute edit : Didn't noticed that someone else modded before! Feel free to ignore some of the suggestions here if the previous one sounds better.

Normal:
+set the beat snap divisor to 1/4 and you have to move most of the notes over 1 tick. most (if not all) of the notes in this are off rhythm. i can't really mod this when everything is off, sorry :(

Hard:
+same as normal, everything is pretty much off. its really hard to mod anything

you don't have to give me any kudosu for this if you dont want to :?

Just a tip : use New Combos wisely. They should share the same musical thought (for example the verse of a song). And I have the impression that my mod is only that.
Also, claps should be consistent. Like every two beats. Except if you think a clap can go where you want. Just test to see if it works!

Hard
I'm not an expert on this so I can't really help you.
However, I've looked at it and some notes are starting on blue ticks. This song doesn't really works on blue ticks. Place notes on white or red ticks, it works better. This applies to circles and sliders, both start en end of it. Having a note on a blue tick is fine if it's between two notes. However, avoid overmapping. Combos like those should be used wisely, if the song suggests so. Again, test to see if it works.
Also, to make things a bit more difficult, what about a slider velocity of 1,10 ? Just think to resnap the sliders if you do it.
If it had been more clear, maybe I could have modded it further.

Insane
WHAT AM I LOOKING AT I DON'T EVEN. One important thing: no notes during sliders. It becomes unrankable. If you think you can't do it (like you said), try asking in a queue! That is if they do it (read the rules before posting). If someone is asking to do a difficulty for the map, you can let them try and see if it works. Having multiple times the same diff is acceppted id they are different (like insanes from two different mappers).
If you want, I can do one.

There's arleady some ideas in that map! Just try to make some patterns (by that, I mean reorganise the placement of some notes to look good). I'm not an expert on those when modding so I'll leave that to the experts of them. But I can give you one tip: on easier difficulties, avoid overlapping sliders and having one start on the same spot where another ended.
Hope that my tips and (little) mod have been useful!

Last minute edit : Didn't noticed that someone else modded before! Feel free to ignore some of the suggestions here if the previous one sounds better.
