Can't get Osu! to download

Okay, so I hope this is the right place, but my friend has been trying to download Osu! but when she does, it says "instalization error" and then for some reason says that osu! needs to shut down.

Is there any way around this?

Initialization Error
You didn't read the System Requirements from the Downloads page, did you? Get the .NET Framework and try again.

We need to create a forum group called "FAQ Rangers". They pwn people with FAQ. GO GO FAQ RANGERS. Or, 3 stickied topics "READ THE FAQ ZOMG.". Or, when you try to create a new topic there, you need to check some "I readed the FAQ, and it is a bug." What do you think?

(idea not so serious.)
