Edit: Forgot to mention that it's only for this score. I'll try to beat it and see the outcome.

Edit 2: Beat the score and it still hasn't fixed

I can't find the thread now, but this is nothing to worry about.
It displays #X <username> for a while when the map is a newly ranked map.
Should resolve on its own after a while.
